Notes

Simply and amazing 126 sedan, one of the nicest I have seen in years--and I am not easily impressed. Something rare that I have never seen before--a "airbag delete, replace with glovebox" credit! Never seen this before, and doubt you ever will again. Take a look at the paint, interior, trim, wheels and more. Every system on this car has been touched, checked and works beautifully. Just a few of the highlights, other than the condition and the miles--new Michelins about 200 miles ago, not a curb mark on a wheel, beautiful spare and tools, new belt tensioner, AC just serviced and converted back to R12 (works so much better), everything works properly--cruise, windows, sunroof (new tracks and deflector just installed) correct Hirschman rebuilt antenna, original Becker radio, new headlight doors, hood pad, and more. The last receipt prior to my ownership was roughly $4000, so it has been maintained with an open checkbook. Original window sticker and supplement, 3 keys, books and pouch, and MVI. 40 year Mercedes geek and MBCA member and Concours winner and judge-- I know the difference. Just not enough room here for all the details, but happy to chat with you, and you can chat with my tech too. I have included some pictures from its recent visit to the lawn at the Amelia Concours about 3 weeks ago (it was trailered enclosed, not driven). Yes, you can buy a junker for thousands less--but you will spend thousands more and still not have a car of this caliber. Special car for a special person. Call me and let's chat old Benz!
