Found my car on cars.com. Called and spoke with owner. He was very professional, courteous, nice and down to earth. Not pushy or demanding. I couldn't get to the dealership for a few days so he agreed to hold the car for me and if anyone else was interested in it until then, he would call and let me know. Met Jerry upon arrival. He was super nice, knowledgeable, personable and very professional.
