I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima 3.5 from World Auto. What I love the most about this dealership is how clean they have all of their cars. They look almost new. I consider their prices good considering the condition of the cars unlike other dealers I went to that won't even show you a Carfax report. Thank you again for the great experience.
I would give these guys 0 stars, but that is not an option.This is one of the worst dealership in terms of dealing with prospective customers. They do not have any respect to their customers. I have called them for 2 days (12 times) and I was told that a manager will get back to me. Nobody ever called to me. The lady that answers the phone is very arrogant and disrespectful. She couldn't answer any of the questions and would not transfer my call to anybody.I was planning to fly from a different city and had my loan approved from a credit union. All I needed was a buyer-seller agreement and they said they would not give it to me unless I go there. So, technically I would have to fly twice.I am not sure who gave these guys 4.5 stars in first place. Probably fake reviews, a lot of them.I strongly suggest the management to address this issue. I don't think you are interested in selling your cars.
September 19th I went to this dealer and the sales person helping me was Carolina. She was very helpful in helping me pick out my first vehicle based on what I told her I was interested in and wanted. She assured me everything was working out and that I'd walk out with the car I wanted and that she did . I appreciated all she did and I would definitely go back to her if I wanted to purchase another vehicle as well as recommend her to anyone whom is interested!
They work with their clients no matter the situation. I bought a 2013 Honda Accord Sport on Sept 10th and I am more than satisfied with the service provided.
Upon reading the mixed reviews, I was hesitant in visiting this dealership, but I would like to set the record straight for all those who were misguided as I was. World Auto located on Northern Blvd was the best experience I've ever had. The honest sales team is willing to work with your situation and do ANYTHING within their capability to make you happy. I was in a difficult situation with my credit, I wasn't even able to finance the Lexus I wanted, however I worked with Carlos and he did anything and everything to get me in a 2013 Infiniti M37 with the terms I was looking for.
