ADAM WAS SUPER PROFESSIONAL AND THE TRANSACTION WAS SMOOTH AND HANDLED WITHDISPATCH. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HIS SERVICE AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMENDHIM TO MY FRIENDS. THE CAR WAS EVEN NICER THAN I EXPECTED. I ALSO LIKE THE FACTTHAT HE FOLLOWS UP ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION...FIRST CLASS TREATMENT.

I bought a 2007 BMW 328I at Unique Automotive and treated very fairly. The dealership was very honest and up front about the car. As with any used vehicle there will be minor imperfections. We are very happy as we purchased the car at a very competitive price. I have already recommended our salesman, Adam Rossman to 2 friends who are going to be in the market for a car in the near future. Very impressed!!

This dealership needs basic lessons in customer service....

This dealership needs basic lessons in customer service. When people call ahead to test drive a car, have it ready. When a customer disagrees with you on price, work with them rather than making them feel like an idiot. When you go on a test drive, do more than one mile. Just because you sell luxury cars doesn't give you the right to cop an attitude.

I first saw the ad for a 2007 Jaguar XK8 coupe, I called to see if if was still available.Adam answered the the called and answered all of my questions.Their was never any pressure that you usually expect from the "used car dealer".He expalined they were very low pressure selling with very little haggling pricing.That all sounded good too me.I met Adam two days later at the dealership,inspected the car and drove it.Wow, so far an easy and pleasurable experience.He arranged the financing without any pressure and we completed the sale.This was a great car buying experience.I will recommend Unique Auto to all of my friends and co workers.
