Bought a 2010 Silverado 2500hd from Richard. The truck was priced great with TONS of extras. Opted to do the crown undercoating and was not disappointed. The whole process was pleasant and I would definitely recommend this dealer for a great vehicle at a great price.

Was looking for a slightly used car. Found one I liked and the sales rep was awesome to work with. Zero pressure and very accommodating. Held the car for me for 2 days as I mulled it over. In the end the car just wasn't a good fit for me. As they say, you must love it to buy it. The car had an amazing price and all the amenities one could ask for, just lacking in power. The sales rep was very easy to work with and understood my decision without pressuring me. I would visit their lot anytime.

Who could imagine ending a used car purchase experience by hugging the salesman??? Well that's exactly what happened last week when I traveled from Rochester to Hamburg, NY to see a car that I had seen on-line. Andre took me for a test drive and explained all the features thoroughly. Then we had to get down to business...I had done my homework before coming in and gotten trade-in quotes from a few other dealers. I was pleasantly surprised that I was offered a VERY FAIR deal which was the final clincher for me to make my decision.
