I took my F-150 in for the first oil change and was very impressed throughout the entire process. The new building is marvelous and all of the employees truly exemplify quality customer service. I'm very pleased that I decided to buy from Seth Wadley Ford. I plan on being a loyal customer for a very long time.

I dread having to drive to Pauls Valley to do anything. I am just more of a Norman body. Although going to Seth Wadley to get my car serviced is an exception. All of the staff are so very friendly and helpful, and the service is completed in a wink of an eye. Thank you James.Also, a BIG Thank you to the wonderful gentleman sales associate Jay Hobbs who arranged my drivers side mirror so it would not fall off on the highway going home. He came to my rescue in the dealership lot.Hope you all have a great rest of fall. From my first chat with Tracy on line, she treated me with care & kindness. She worked to find the car I was looking for & assisted me through the whole process. I have to say as a female buyer, it was comforting working with Tracy. Purchasing a car is stressful but she helped every step of the way and I trusted her to be straight with me.

Needed an oil change on my 2009 ford f-250. Everyone was nice and friendly. They got me in and out quickly. Was able to watch them service my vehicle.

Joe and Troy were very helpful in giving me various options for the purchase of my new F-150 Lariat. I was basically looking at the colors and features on the vehicles when Joe suggested a test drive which made up my mind on which one to purchase. I haven't bought a lot of cars in my life but this was the most pleasant experience so far. Eric was very pleasant in getting the loan set up and taking care of all the paperwork. I will definitely suggest Seth Wadley Ford to my friends and look forward to becoming a repeat customer.
