I love the guys at Rockland Ford! They are always amazing to work with! I have purchased several cars from Tony and the guys at Rockland Ford. They always make sure I get exactly what I am looking for and are very patient with me while I make my decisions. They are never pushy or urge me to make a decision I am not comfortable like other dealerships will do. I recommend them to everyone!

I went there with no intention of buying a vehicle.. was just there for a friend and ended up with a beautiful brand new Focus that I'm extremely happy with. The service was great.. everyone's super friendly and willing to work with you. Thank you Rockland Ford :)

Experience was great. From when we first got there to someone greeting us. Then answered all questions we had. We really didn't think we would be getting a new vehicle because of our credit history but the guys at rockland ford worked for us and got us an amazing vehicle and I couldn't be happier

I just had a great experience at Rockland Ford. I went in looking for a vehicle and they took the time to explain the entire process to me and to go over different payment options which I could choose from. It was very low key no pressure buying experience. Everyone I worked with was very helpful. The sales manager and salesman i worked with were both knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend Rockland Ford to anybody looking for a new vehicle

So I bought a car a year ago from this dealer. Things went fine, so when I was in the market for a new truck, I went back. HUGE MISTAKE! We ended up purchasing a brand new Ford F-250. You think when you spend serious money on a brand new truck the dealership would make sure you had everything you needed right? WRONG! We bought the truck as a plow truck for our personal use. Come to find out, when we went to get the plow put on (we already owned the plow) it's going to cost us over $1500 to have installed. So I ask them at the plow shop (not the dealership) why so pricey. Well, there's a bunch of parts we still need even though we have the plow. Did the dealership forget to mention? So I ask the plow shop guy if the dealership would have known that. He asks me where I bought it and I tell him Rockland Ford. He tells me they should have switched the plow from the old truck to the new truck for free. (The plow shop knows this because they do this work for the dealership.) The dealership NEVER offered that. So I call the dealership and ask them about this. I'm told by ROCKLAND FORD that they certainly would have done that at the time of purchase (3 months ago) but they can't retro the offer. So because I didn't know enough to ask, I have pay for the switch out of pocket. I will never buy another vehicle there and I would recommend that everyone else shops elsewhere as well.
