Very courteous and efficient process and exceeded my expectations with The Works service and maintenance plan. John is a pleasure to work with, and I completely trusted that my Fusion was well taken care of. I like leaving with a clean car with a noce car wash as the finishing touch.

I came in to have the alignment checked due to a vibration in the steering wheel. In the process of driving our car, the mechanic noticed pulsing in the brakes which generally indicates that the rotor has lateral runout issues. I already knew that, but the surprise was that turning the rotors to correct that problem was covered by warranty. It didn't realize that sort of thing was covered under warranty and the service writer caught it and then the issue was dealt with. Attention to detail is appreciated and kudos to the service writer for catching it.

What can I say that I haven't said before, Rob Sight Ford is the best for servicing my 2004 Ford Taurus, Jess Newman and the service technicians there are very good at what they do, they have kept my car running beautifully since 2007 that is the reason I keep coming back, they are the best service department in the whole Midwest, none better
