I had been searching for a specific style of vehicle for over six months, finally coming upon almost exactly what I was looking for when driving past their dealership. The business hours listed were wrong and they were closed, so I contended myself with looking at the vehicle from afar. I tried to call but there was no way to leave a message. I texted (function via the website) but received no response. I called first thing the next day and spoke with Bob. I shared my interest in the vehicle and intent to drive three hours to test drive it - that it was exactly what I had been looking for. We made a deal for me to test drive it the next day so that I had time to make arrangements for the logistics of transportation. Instead, he sold it to someone who happened by the lot and bought the vehicle, and texted me afterwards to let me know that it had been sold. I had no chance and was given no consideration. He is not bound to wait for me legally. And many would say it's advantageous for him financially to take the "done deal" rather than wait for someone who could possibly change their mind. We're talking about a matter of hours, not days. This review is for anyone seeking a car dealership who is always on the up-and-up and gives fair opportunity to purchase a vehicle. This dealership doesn't care about you.

I purchased a great used car from Riverside Motorcars LLC. for a great price. Turnes out that there was a problem with the registration from the previous owner that showed up after i was driving it for a while. In my opinion they were not at fault at all but I have to say that they went out of there way to make it right, I was always contacted about the progress and they even paid for the re-registration charge that was rightfully mine and I offered to pay for, but they wouldn't have it. They really went above and beyond to help a first time customer, and I can't thank them enough.

I've been looking for a particular vehicle for quite some time and I finally found the perfect one, right here, at Riverside Motorcars. Excellent condition, low miles and the price was much less than I expected it would be. The salesmen Bob is genuine, honest, and pleasant to work with. He was willing to help me to get financed and into the vehicle regardless of my credit history without pressure to buy. First time buying a vehicle from a dealer instead of a private owner and I'm more than pleased with my entire experience. Thank you so much!

My husband and I just purchased a car from Riverside and were impressed by how honest they are. My husband is a mechanic so he is very Leary of used car salesmen but the guys at Riverside had no problem letting him check the car out on a lift himself before we purchased it. They repaired anything he found wrong with the car and then some. I would definitely recommend them.
