Worst car buying experience ever! I have purchased numerous cars in my time and this was the absolute worst! Purchased a 2016 that was used. In order to make the deal I had them agree to fix a scratch, a tear in a seat and provide rubber floor mats and cargo mat. After waiting over 3 hours to see the finance guy paper were finally signed on 11/8. Was told that car would be fixed by 11/15 and was given a loaner and promised we would never see the scratch. On 11/15 returned and the scratch had been touched and was as noticeable as before if not more. The seat had not even been repaired. After going back and forth with them saying they would not fix anymore, they decided to, since we never took delivery of the car. We asked about the floor and cargo mats that had been promised also at this time. We were given a dumb look from Phil the salesman, like what are you talking about? After showing them the IOU he came out with the floor mats and then told us he would overnight the cargo mat to our house. We were given the vehicle and accepted it (like dummies) being told to bring it back the following week and it the scratch again would be fixed and the seat would be fixed. On 11/18 the cargo mat that was to be overnight-ed had still not arrived. After contacting and threatening the salesman, we were told the mat was at the dealer and to come by on 11/19, which we did. We were told then to bring the car back the following day and drop it off for the repairs. The car was dropped off on 11/20 for the repairs that were to have happened the following week.( Mind you its 36 miles one way from our house to this dealer)On 11/23 my wife was contacted to tell her the scratch was repaired but the seat had not been and that we would have to bring it back again. Being totally unsatisfied with this I contact the GM who told me they had bent over backwards for us. Really??? We are the ones who are buying from you. We are the ones driving all the miles and spending all the time contacting you and coming to you!! Really, you have given us nothing but a hard time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a 2014 Mazda3 iSport last week, and it was a very good overall experience. Paul Thrasher (Internet Sales) was responsive, attentive and thoughtful. He listened to what was important to me and sought to accommodate. There was no hard-selling, and I ended up with good value for the price. I would recommend this dealership and Paul in particular.

Overall great experience.

I've never bought a vehicle with less than 140k miles so when I decided on a certified 2014 Mazda 6, so glad I went to Pearson. Paul was a outstanding salesperson and made the process a breeze. Everything from price to detailing to finance couldn't have been more if a pleasure. I love my new car and the fact that I don't have to worry about anything besides basic maintenance until 2020! Would highly, highly recommend Mazda, Pearson and especially Paul Thrasher in the internet department to anyone looking for a new car.

So I've had my 2007 Mazda RX8 for about a year now and I bought it with only 13,000 original miles on it. Yet shortly after having the car the breaks would not stop squeezing no matter how soft I breaked. I figured since the low mileage that it was because the car was practically in new conditions but I now have to get all of my pads changed. I've already got the pads I just need an estimate on how much the labor will cost and I was also wondering if there's any type of warranty or even a "first free service" repair that I haven't used or anything like that. Luciano Batista was the one who sold me the car and I remember him telling me that the first repair would be free if I payed for the parts or something along those lines. I need this done tomorrow so I can pass my inspection later that afternoon so anything helps.

Two thumbs up for Pearson Mazda

Great Thanks and Kudos to Pearson Mazda and especially Paul Thrasher for making my recent purchase of a 2016 MX-5 a pure pleasure. I typically dislike car dealerships/salespeople, but when I decided to purchase a surprise retirement present for my wife, I went online and researched a couple dealers. Although Pearson is almost 70 miles from my residence, and certainly not the closest dealer, I was immediately impressed with the quick and direct email responses I received from Paul. After several days of back and forth correspondence, always prompt and helpful, I decided to purchase the car, sight unseen, and without even visiting the dealership yet !When I met Paul in person, and experienced the Pearson car buying process, I knew I made a right decision. Paul was professional, polite, responsive and went above and beyond in making sure this surprise present would be a wonderful gift for my wife. Paul made sure the car was pristine on pick-up day, and followed up to find out how my surprise reveal to my wife went...requested pics, and showed a genuine concern on making sure this wasn't just a car buying experience...but a life rewarding experience !Kudos and Thanks to Paul, and the Pearson Team !

Found a 2011 Subaru Outback at Pearson during the day and requested an appointment for that evening online. Was contacted promptly by Paul Thrasher. Requested that the car be prepped and ready for sale prior to the appointment. Came from Fredericksburg with my wife and arrived that evening. Car was parked out front and gleaming! Paul was extremely helpful and would run down any answers for us that were outside of his scope. Very attentive to our questions. There was no dance; all business, which is my preference. Entire transaction was completed in less than two hours. Excellent sales process. Have discovered some small issues that will invoke the 'Pearson Promise' prior to warranty expiration. Understandable with any used car. Will follow up with another review after our service experience. This was a great sales experience and I would recommend this dealership.

Pearson Mazda immediately made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Their staff, particularly their internet department, were extremely accommodating and never pushy for a sale. They answer your questions directly and are always at your service. Truly a refreshing experience. It should be noted, that even though I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from them, I still felt I owed them a positive review for their service- it was that good.
