I recently purchased a 2009 Range Rover from Paradise Automotive Group. I found the listing online and walked into the dealership - Eddie Majano and Nick Majano were very nice to deal with. The price was reasonable and the Range Rover was in impeccable condition. Found this car after missing out on it two previous times. Called on a Saturday after they called me following my inquiry from this site. I was pleased they at least called. I called a friend in Ontario, CA to go the following day to do a PPI for me. He reported the car was pristine and that they were very accommodating in helping him go over the car. He was also very complimentary about the facility and those who helped him. With that, I immediately called and closed the deal. The full price was wired on Monday, and the deal was closed. My friend found a car transport company who would deliver to Vermont. The company Paradise recommended never even returned my call. Road Runner picked up the car within 48 hours and it was on the way. So far so good. Paradise FedExed all the paperwork for us to sign, which we did and immediately returned it to them. Here's where the trouble began. We felt no need to bug them about returning the papers since the car had not arrived. Stuff like the bill of sale, title, etc. By law in CA, this is supposed to be done within 5 days of the sale. Started calling was basically greeted with unreturned calls, and then lies about how long it takes to process the paperwork. The sales manager was always not available, the business manager did not return my call. I spoke to someone the previous day who promised to FedEx the paperwork overnight. The next day, however, it did not arrive. I finally reached the original salesperson and made it clear to him how displeased I was to have the car in my possession with no way to register it in Vermont, 15 days after they had my money!! He said he would personally take care of it. We called the following day after FedEx came and went with no papers, and he could not even provide the tracking number. We had to Contact FedEx directly and they were able to tell us when to expect delivery. The papers finally arrived at 3 PM that day. We were never given any explanation as to why this took so long, and they never called to follow up to make sure we got the package. In my opinion, all of this is highly unprofessional and disorganized, especially in view of the fact that we are talking about a Rolls Royce here. I am glad others have had good experiences with Paradise. I, of course, checked their reviews before I started this ordeal with them. Perhaps things are different if you are there in person.

This dealer has a terrific choice of high end used cars, and great customer service.

I have been looking for a used Toyota Highlander at a reasonable price and in good condition. I saw one listed on Cars.com and sent an inquiry to the dealer. Dealer was very prompt in calling me and informed me that the car had been sold two days prior. What shocked me was it was still listed on their website for more than a week later. Salesman was very courteous, but considering the fact that the dealer is more than 300 miles from my home, I have been looking closer to home.

I was looking for a 2010 Jaguar XF Premium with low mileage and in excellent shape. I saw several options in the Phoenix-area where I live and came close to purchasing one in Scottsdale, but something didn't feel quite right with the small dealership offering the car. I saw one offered by Paradise Automotive Group and sent an email confirming some aspects about the car, and soon had a reply from Eddie, the dealers' Sales Manager. Long story short, in the span of one week we worked out a very fair deal, confirmed CarFax, service records, etc., I flew into Orange County and was met by a dealer representative. After a test drive, we wrapped the transaction and I thoroughly enjoyed having a six-hour drive back to AZ in my new car. Big Fan of Paradise!

I Looked every where for a Beetle Convertible that I could afford and it was very difficult, as I am a student, every car I looked at was beat up or in bad mechanical condition, But then a friend from Church told me to call this dealership and I found the right car for me, they gave me a great price upfront with out me even having to be there and when I got there, the car was seating out in front of their showroom for me and it was clean and it was exactly how they described it over the phone, I did not have very much money and very little credit but they treated me like I was the queen and treated me like I was the richest person on earth, every other dealer I went to before asked me how I was paying for it before they even said if they had the car or not, but my sales person at Paradise never even asked, when I arrived, he showed me the car, asked me if I would test drive it, never pushed and the Sales Manager opened the doors for me and treated me like I was the most Important person on earth, was very friendly and I actually had to ask them, Ok guys, where do I sing, my dad is very tough to deal with and gave the a run for their money, but they were very respectful to him as well, he got there after me, but after a few minutes my dad said to me, ok I have to go back to work and is ok, this guys are ok, so I got my Convertible Beetle and nothing ever changed, I got my car a few months a go, I have recommended a few of my friends already and they have gotten the same treatment and also have gotten cars there and they too are very happy.

We purchased 4 cars from this guys and we will continue to buy from them, we did a lot of research before we came to them the first time around, when I called them, they were very nice, respectful and upfront, I think I drove them crazy at first, but they never made me feel bad at all, when we arrived, everything they said over the phone was correct, the car was in great condition, their showroom was very nice, comfortable and relaxed, they did not pressured us and the price they gave us over the phone, was the price we paid, not a penny more, also the rate they told us over the phone was an estimate but when we got there, they actually got us a lower rate, since the first car, we have purchased my daughter a car, my son a car and my husband just got the 4th car from them a very nice S550, we are very happy and we also sent 5 of our friends and they too got the same treatment and 3 of them already got their cars from them, so YES, WE RECOMEND THIS DEALER.
