Overall this was a bad buying experience. I felt pressured by the sales person, I had a concern about something on the car and the sales rep said the service dept. would be too busy to talk to me. I later talked to them and found the expense to fix the issue could be quite expensive so I asked to reverse the sale and they said that was not an option. Within 20 minutes of signing the papers they would not refund my money and cancel the deal. I was also told to come back later that afternoon to correct the paperwork and when I arrived everyone had gone home that could help me even though they knew what time I would be back. I spend the better part of my day to buy this car that should have taken less than an hour. I would not recommend them as a dealer to buy from.
