My salesman was Charles, he was extremely helpful and patient with me. My car had broke down so I was in a rush to purchase a new car Charles made my problems seem like his own and made sure I left the lot with a new car. The staff is polite and very considerate it's my 2nd time purchasing from Napoli and I recommend all my friends to go there when looking for a car.

Working with Charles was great. He was able to answer all our questions when we were looking at new cars. It took us awhile and he was very patient with us. We will be back.

Nice staff and my sales person Perry was great. The whole process was made very easy for me and there was never any pressure to buy....In fact, this was one of the best experiences I ever had buying a car

Liaised with Service and Sales in one week and would highly recommend the dealership in general. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy in any way which is greatly appreciated.

I spoke with Jennifer powers about my 2016 Kia Soul about slow leak in tire . Jen is truly a special service advisor she is always polite and ready to serve . Jenifer checks on everything for you to make sure things go smooth . If you want to service a vehicle Napoli motors is the place to go service is quick and friendly . All dealerships should follow this kind of customer service. Good friendly people all accross the board . Thanks guys see you next week for oil change

Didn't end up buying from here, but if they had the type I was looking for I definitely would. I met with Art, a very friendly and knowledgable guy. Not pushy at all, seemed very eager to help. Totally would recommend this dealership.
