Perry and his staff went above and beyond making my purchase extremely simple. They are first class all the way, and I would highly recommend them. I got an amazing car at a great price, and they put the cherry on top by getting me a better interest rate with the lender I walked in the door with when they didn't have to. I recently purchased a used Aston Martin Vantage from an independent Chicago car dealer and requested that the service department at Napleton take a look at it before I finalized the deal. Fil and his staff were professional, moved quickly, and were extremely thorough. They even alerted me to the smallest imperfections that I would never have noticed. And all this for a car that wasn't even being sold by their Aston dealership. True professionalism. After I purchased the car I had Fil install a few upgrades and do minor service work. Once again he was upfront and honest about pricing, walked me through all the work he was doing, and finished it incredibly fast. I badgered him with tons of questions about parts. Fil answered every one and even got pricing for me on upgrades I decided to wait on. I live out of state but am thinking about using this dealer for my future service because they are that good. Well done.

Napleton's Aston Martin was my second stop of the day while shopping for a pre-owned 2013 Volvo S60. After a substandard experience at the first stop, I was very happy to interact with the staff here at Napleton's. The car I saw online was on the lot, and looked exactly as it did in the ad. My salesperson, Oscar Martinez was friendly, low-pressure, and accommodating. After a short test drive, Oscar quickly worked up a deal for a fair price on both the car I was buying and the one I was trading in. On to the finance department, Phillip offered a fair rate, went over extended warranty options, and that was it. No other add-ons! All in, I think I was at the dealer for less than 2 hours from start to finish. I may not be in the market for a new Aston anytime soon, but I would be happy to have the opportunity to work with this dealer again on a future purchase - like maybe the 97 Porshce 911 I saw in the showroom.

I have purchased approx. 15 cars in my lifetime and this was by far my best experience from start to finish. These folks are friendly, professional, helpful and really do care about you having an outstanding experience with their dealership. I purchased a 2010 Audi Q5 that I found on the internet while overseas on business. Once I returned we were able to finalize this transaction very quickly. They were very fair on my trade and worked with me to get to the numbers I needed. When asked to make some minor touch ups to the vehicle they did not hesitate one minute. The two sales associates I worked with were Oscar Martinez and Norbert Sobotko, they were both very responsive and extremely professional in regards to all aspects of this purchase. They both could not have better to work with. If you are looking for a clean, later model used vehicle this is a dealership you need to check out. I will definitely be coming here first for any future purchases I may need to make in the future.

They took the time to get accurate answers to each of my questions about the vehicle and stood behind their product.
