After four years of researching and shopping I was fortunate enough to find my dream car at Mr Auto! Gino and Bruno were first class and offered quality service and great a deal. I can't express strongly enough how happy I am with the whole experience.

This is where used cars go to die. It looked like all of the rejects from their mother lot else where.

We had been looking for a van and found one here online. The van had everything we were looking for at a great price. Emailed back and forth with Bruno. Answered all my questions promptly. We drove 4 hours to purchase it with our 4 young kids. The guys were GREAT! We got stuck in traffic showed up at closing time and still got first class service. The van ran excellent all the way home and the kids were happy watching a movie. Overall a great experience!!

My experience was below my expectations with this dealership. Bruno is a nice guy and met me on Sunday to purchase the car which was outside their normal hours. There was good communication and I was driving 4 hours to meet him. The process of purchasing the car was pretty easy. The reason for the rating is because the car was not quite what Bruno had described. He said, several times, there is nothing that needs to be done on this car. I took him for his word. First, after the deal was completed I asked him for both sets of keys which over the phone he assured me he had but he did not have 2 sets of keys. Only one set. A new key fob is $300.00 After driving 4 hours home oil light comes on to change oil. $33.00 I took the car to my mechanic and the front brakes and rotors are 95% gone. $415.00 to replace. Back brakes and rotors 70% gone. Will need to replace as well. I would not purchase a car from this dealership without a mechanic looking at it. I would not buy a car from an auto lot out of town again.

This was by far probably one of the best experiences I've had buying a used car. The dealer worked with me to stay within my budget and made a huge effort to make me feel comfortable. The owner answered all of my questions regarding the vehicle and purchase process. I purchased the vehicle from out of state and the owner made buying from a distance pleasant and hassle free. The dealer maintained contact with me and was there for me every time I called without making me feel pressured or rushed, which made the process virtually stress free. I have had numerous experiences with purchasing used from out of state and this was by far the best experience I've had to date. The owner made the process a breeze by handling all of the paperwork professionally and accurately. Next time I am in the market to purchase a used vehicle this will be the first place I check and this would be the first place I would refer my friends and family to look as well. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Found a car i wanted online for substancially less than everyone wanted for similar from mr auto sales. Emailed him that evening and asked for very specific pictures of the car and low and behold the car was flawless. Had pictures of everything i asked for and then some the very next morning (undercarriage etc) made the drive picked up the car and then made my 600 mile journey back without a single issue. Staff was very friendly and down to earth as well. Couldnt reccomend them more for a nice experience. A+ service but be careful if theres a car you want today at his prices youd better move on it because theres a good chance it wont be there tomorrow.

There are a lot of very nice, upscale used cars at this dealership. Gino showed us several cars. He was attentive, courteous and not pushy at all. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us several options on the lot. Once we decided to buy, Gino was again very helpful and polite. He called prior to our pick up to let us know the car was ready. When we got there the car looked awesome! Clean on the outside, detailed on the inside! It made us feel like they really appreciated our business. The car we bought was in great shape and we absolutely got a great price on it! This place is worth a look if you are in the market for a used car.
