The vehicle was already priced fairly well (market value without the high performance aftermarket parts) and before I even tried to haggle the price Jarrod gave me a couple of discounts. The vehicle was a new arrival and not fully reconditioned yet, so Jarrod wanted to make sure the vehicle was right and our expectations were met even after the paperwork was signed. The tires were somewhat worn and he did not get to replace them yet, so he asked me if I had a preference on the replacement tires. I opted for the higher-priced, Goodyear EMT all-season run flat tires since winter is just around the corner. He told us this was all free of charge and would expedite the process even after I purchased the vehicle and yes, he kept his word. We did not pay one penny extra and our vehicle was ready after a day and a half - reconditioned, inspected, new tires, etc. This was one of the best and easiest vehicle buying experiences. I have never purchased a vehicle site unseen, new or a previously owned, but I will no longer be concerned with doing so in the future thanks to my experience with Jarrod at Motorcars Washington. From my first correspondence with Jarrod it was like dealing with a just another true car enthusiast like myself rather than a salesman. I was looking for a low mileage Corvette Grand Sport and came across the car that Jarrod had listed online. He had many pictures of the vehicle online and although they ultimately wound up representing the vehicle very well (outstanding condition) he still went out of his way to answer any of my questions to be sure I was certain with its condition. He even went so far as to provide a virtual tour via FaceTime while driving the vehicle out of his showroom so I could see it in the lighting outside to be certain of the color. There was never any pressure and his only concern was that I was certain I had all information prior to making my decision whether to purchase or not. I am very meticulous with my cars and it has become clear that Jarrod is just as meticulous with all the cars in his inventory. The Corvette I purchased is absolutely flawless, not even the slightest swirl mark in the paint in any lighting!
