Miller's Utah Carzz

I bought a used car and paid cash. The staff was very friendly. The salesman told me it had a 21 point inspection which included the air conditioner and it worked great. When we got home the air conditioner did not work and we thought it was low on freon. We took it to our mechanic and he found a wire hooked to the clutch wires with an alligator clip on it. He assumed the wire needed to be clipped on to the battery when you wanted to use it. He didn't know what was out without replacing all parts for it. We contacted the dealer and they said they didn't know and then would not return calls. I understand it is a used vehicle and sold as is but when you are told something works they need to stand behind their word; I don't expect them to fix it just to let me know what was wrong so I can get it fixed without replacing everything.

I was very impressed with our salesman Nick Carver! He went the mile when we only thought we could go 1,000 feet. He kept asking what he could do to make us want to say yes to something we weren't sure about. And now we are 100% sure about our decision!! I also had very similar service when I bought my car from this business. Their salesmanship and effort will make me want to return every time I am in search for a vehicle! All the guys at Miller's Utah Carzz were friendly. They listened to everything that we wanted and needed in a car and they got it for us. They got us a newer vehicle then we thought we could get with a cheaper monthly payment then we wanted. I recommend everyone to buy a car through these guys!!

I had the best experience ever with dealing with a dealership! I texted Nick to get some help and within 30 minutes he had ran a credit app and had me preapproved for a vehicle! He came in on his day off and assisted me in getting a car. Nick worked fast and efficient with getting me taken care of, I was inquiring about an SUV and he was able to get me into it with no problems. Mark and Nick were able to get the numbers and everything with the bank taken care of. Nick had my rental car washed by the dealership and they washed and fueled up the Oldsmobile Bravada before I left the dealership. Nick then followed me over to Enterprise to drop off my rental car. They have been amazing and they went above and beyond to help me! I will definitely recommend them to everyone and will definitely come back!

After contacting 4 different dealerships all listing the car that I was searching for, it turned out none of them had updated their inventories. I made one last try to contact a dealership claiming to have the car I wanted, and I almost immediately received a call from the dealership, saying they had the car and set up a time for me to come test drive it. Everyone there was very friendly and professional, and they worked with my credit union so they could get the absolute best price for the car, and the best interest rate possible. The salesman I worked with specifically (Nick) was great to work with. He helped out so much and made the buying experience extremely smooth and painless. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and I will definitely be coming back when I need another car.

I was in a major pickle with a vehicle I had bought from another dealer. I came to Darin Kowallis with my problem and he laid out my options. I told him what I could afford and he did everything he could and was able to get me the amount I could afford. This car buying experience was amazing and fast. It took a quarter of the time the other dealership took. He was amazing with giving me all the options that could help me get what I needed. I would definitely recommend him as a car salesman to help you.

They had the car I was looking for in the price range I wanted to pay. The salesman was friendly and listened to my needs and wants. He filled them without trying to push me into something I couldn't afford or wouldn't fit my needs.

I don't usually buy cars quickly but my trip from Seattle to Logan turned out to be a trip well worth it. I had been looking for a good hybrid and had visited a few dealers around Seattle. While visiting in-laws in Logan we decided to kill some time, by checking out cars. We drove into Utah Carzz, knowing what we wanted to look at but not serious about buying. We were greeted by Mark. I know this sounds cliche but it was nice to get the "small town" type of customer service and care. We talked with Mark a bit about what we had been looking for. Without pressure or "car salesmanship" Mark showed us some cars that totally fit our wants and needs. We took a test drive. Normally that would have been it... but, not only was this the car what we really wanted but the way Mark worked with us we decided to sit down and consider buying the car. Not only was the "buying" process low pressure without the sales tricks that so turn me off, but Mark was able to lower the price and offer us an excellent interest rate. We didn't plan on buying a car while on a family visit, but the thought of having to deal with other dealers back home made me want to buy the car now. Even though our trip made it so we had to pick up the car 2 weeks later the service and professionalism of Mark and Utah Carzz made the extra trip well worth it. I love my 2014 Fusion and the people at Utah Carzz.

Discovering Utah Carzz was one of the best options I have done! After I purchased my car from here, I advised my sister of how good they were with their customers as well as the service. A couple months later, here we are purchasing a car for her as well. We drove all the way to Logan from Ogden just because we knew how great this place was! I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking to purchase their car and for AWESOME service. A big thanks to my man Nick Carver for helping both of us out into choosing our car.
