From start to finish I could not have been happier with my purchase at MB Motorsports. The entire team was professional and warm. Mitch was just incredible. He couldn't do enough to make the experience stress free and pleasant. He made my entire family feel like welcome friends. I just love my Mazda Miata......It looks beautiful and performs flawlessly. I had a wonderful car buying experience at MB Motor sports . It was easy, timely and we had no snags. The information on the website was accurate and our salesman, Michael Dalton was knowledgeable, always reachable to answer questions and accommodating to our needs. I absolutely love my truck. I bought a Ford Explorer last September and it is the best truck I ever had! Everyone asks me where I bought my truck, and since last year I've sent one friend and my sister there too!

Motorcycle buyers beware! Horrible experience! I drove from Maryland to MB Motorsports on 10/12/16 with my trailed trade-in motorcycle. Was going to purchase the 2011 Fat Boy Lo with 3,350 on it. Already put a $500 deposit on that bike. Was told once I got there from Marty (the owner) that the bike was "as is." Because of that, I asked if I could test ride it since Geico covers the bike for a test ride. He said no. He rode the bike in the street, and had me listen to him change through the gears... but that was it. He told me I should put air in the tires, for the bike felt like the tires needed air or something. That was an obvious red flag for me. I asked him if he gives a dealership warranty on his bikes, and he said no. He said again, "it's sold as is." I asked, with me paying for it, could he take it to the closest Harley dealer so they could mechanically inspect the bike. Again, I was going to pay for Harley to do the inspection and even pay for his travel expenses. He said no. Marty continued to tell me that he has been riding motorcycles for 50 years, and that I should be able to trust his reputation and word that the bike is in working order. I did not purchase the bike. Too many red flags! I HAD A COMPLETELY WASTED DAY! BUYERS BEWARE!

This deal could have been so easy for them. I saw the car on-line, called, drove from MA to NJ to look at it, called 2 days later and made an offer. With 2 times back and forth we had a deal. Then the misery started. They needed me to pick up the car right away. The car was an SL550 so not cheap. It had a crack it the windshield they told me they'd fix, the car pulled to the right a bit and they would check that too. I had a friend drive down to NJ a week later to pick the car up and they hadn't done a thing. They tried to pull and bait and switch with the warranty and I was on the phone with the Finance manager for 20 minutes arguing with him. They finally conceded because I wouldn't back down. It was ridiculous. They sold the car to me and didn't even have the title. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. And I've owned a few in my day.

The process was typical of a car buying experience, no better, no worse. My only complaint was that it took TWO MONTHS for me to get my plates, title and registration mailed to me. I also wanted to reuse my old plates to save a few dollars but I got new ones.

Bought a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan special edition. Buying process was a breeze, price was fair to both parties, and the dealership is top notch. Ask for Mike.
