I dealt with Craig Gutowsky. He was very professional, pleasant, helpful and easy to work with. The vehicle (Audi S4) was clean as advertised (I had it inspected by my own mechanic) at a reasonable price. No hassles or pressures: a straightforward operation.
I recently just got home from being stationed overseas and needed a vehicle ASAP. I saw something I was interested driving and decided to come check it out. The vehicle I went to see, which I now own, was in amazing shape. It was clean inside and out and the person who helped me showed me the carfax to further prove just how clean the vehicle was. Service was great and the actual sales deal was quick and easy. I would not hesitate to buy another car from this place.
Well, I just bought a Hummer in this dealership. My sales person was Craig. Is the second car that I bought from Craig. It was a straight forward transaction once I found the vehicle that I wanted and fit my budget (they have a lot of options). So, if you are in the market for an used car this is the dealer for you. Ah... also would like to include the service department. They did an excellent job with the vehicle that I bought. Dennis and the crew gave me all the information regarding the repairs that were needed and they were performed before I took the car home. Great job guys! So, if you are in the market for an used car that is well checked and throughly examined before you buy it... this is the place for you.
Bought a 2011 BMW X5 from this dealership (M & I Motors- Highland Park, IL). Absolutely love the vehicle and the price was cheaper than anywhere else. Only knock on dealership is that my salesman was actively juggling about four different buyers simultaneously, so I felt hurried when my turn in the rotation would come around. It was actually pretty impressive how he was able to stay on top of all of that, but I definitely would have liked to have more of his time to ask and learn about the vehicle. Overall, though, very pleased with the purchase!

The sales person, Mr. Kurt Traub was very honest, kind, and trustable. I was very happy to meet such a wonderful person. The price was very reasonable. The condition of the car was excellent. But I've been waited for a few months till today to write this review, because I just wanted to make sure that everything is all right with this car. So far it looks great, runs great!

I expressed my concern of a couple of minor things when I inspected the car but I decided to buy regardless. Later I was surprised to find out that Mr. Kurt already took care of them by the time I finished all the buying process (In fact, he even didn't need to do that as he already have sold the car. I even didn't asked him to take care of that). I've been waiting a few months till today to make sure everything is all right. Now I'm writing this review with full confidence. The car looks great, runs great! I highly recommend to everyone!

They had the car I searched for, a niche model, and delivered it clean,(though a 1/2 tank of gas would have been a perk). Sherry, my sales lady was perfect. Florin, also, was warm and efficient.Situated as it is,among the High End Dealers along 41, this place is a fine spot.Definitely not a bad place
