Always a great experience at the dealership even if you're just stopping in for a visit. Sales and service staff here are awesome and go above and beyond. This new purchase of the XT5 is Cadillac #7 for me. Brian

Lockhart Cadillac is a clean and friendly environment. I travelled 90 minutes to look at a vehicle. Previous to driving to the dealership, I had financing in order and ready to sign the paperwork upon arrival. Unfortunately, the vehicle was missing one of my "must have" options. So, I had to walk from the deal. I worked with Matt S, who was a great representative of the brand and was courteous, informative and understanding. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family!

I arrived early, before they were actually open, and one of the guys saw me sitting outside the service door and invited me in for coffee, which was nice. As soon as 730 rolled around they were getting straight to work. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, listening to my descriptions of the problems i had. The gentleman helping me seemed very knowledgable and told me he would get things taken care of. I worked from the lobby using the wifi which was very fast. Shortly later they came out and told me I was good to go. The door piece was fixed, airbag recall taken care of, they did a full vehicle inspection including a test drive to check for an intermittent vibration I was experiencing, and even washed the car for me. Couldn't ask for better service.

Spoiler blew off of car in August and took it in for you to look at. On August 17 I called Tim Haskett to go ahead and order parts to get it done. On August 26th after not hearing anything from him I left a message about status..no return phone call. On August 29th, I called back again...no return phone call. On August 30th, I called Tom Vanderpool. Amazing I did receive a return phone call after that. I scheduled Thursday September 1st to bring it in. On Friday September 2nd, Tim calls and asks where a part is. Like I'm supposed to know where the part is. I took it to him to look at to order what was needed to complete repairs. He said I'll let you know. That same day at 5 I call him (he never called me) to see when I could pick up my car. This was the Friday before labor day. He says I have to order that part and your car won't be ready til Tuesday! I said whey didn't you call me earlier to let me know as now I have to find a vehicle for the next 4 days! He never once offered me a car. And he proceeds to tell me that he took a late lunch and he was going to call...when...midnight?!? On Tuesday again at 5 (he never called me) I call to see when my car is ready. He says You know what...that part never came in. It's going to be another day. Are you seriously kidding me. At some point in that day he knew the part wasn't coming in and never called. I finally called Tom and told him to get involved. Not ONE time did Tim ever call me to tell me anything unless prompted by Tom. Finally picked my car up at 6 on Wednesday!!!! I can purchase any car that I want. I picked Cadillac for their service. This was my second car I purchased from Lockhart. It is also sadly my last. Get better people. When Tom was involved he took car of it but it was too little too late.

Our sales associate,Mike,worked hard to get the best price possible for our trade in. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and patient during the entire negotiation process. It has been a long time since I have shopped for new cars. I absolutely loved the experience at Lockhart Cadillac. Our salesperson, Matt Mustafa was a great representative of the brand and the dealer. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating to our needs. Lockhart went out of their way to make our purchase simple and easy. I can't wait to buy my next car from there.

We purchased our first Cadillac from Denim Zachary at Lockhart Cadillac on Monday , it was possibly the nicest experience purchasing a vehicle we have ever encountered. Denim did absolutely whatever it took to make this sale an easy and excellent one. He was courteous, knowledgeable and made our buying experience a pleasure. My husband and I entered Lockhart Cadillac just looking around at their product, and Cadillac's award winning SRX had no intention on purchasing a vehicle that day, we worked with a very kind young man by the name of Denim Zachary who was extraordinary, polite, and well educated, he represented the dealership very professionally, as did all sales managers and finance personell, we will continue to purchase our cadillacs from Lockhart and from Denim Zachary, I would Strongly recommend Lockhart Cadillac and suggest you go see Denim Zachary for an excellent experience,
