They tried to trick me into buying a bad quality car after the one listed online was discovered to be out of service, wouldn't send me a copy of any of the paper work I signed, gave me a hand written recipt and had an attitude when I went to get my down payment back
All of the salespeople I came into contact with at Lakeside were very friendly and willing to be helpful. However, I found prices on most of their cars to be way overpriced compared to what the cars should have been worth, leaving room for negotiation of course although potentially discouraging when searching for a car in a specific price range and not finding one as high of quality as expected for that price range.
Larry was a top notch sales person. Easy to talk to, honest and a very friendly person. Recommended him to my mother and she was treated with respect. Would recommend Mr. O'Neil
Mr. Don Sack helped us out from beginning to end. Was extremely patient with me and my wife and our million questions and possible concerns. He even tagged along with us as we went and got our truck pre inspection. (The truck was in tip top shape) Also his grandad side kicked in with my 4 year old daughter basically playing and laughing right along with her even giving his phone to her letting her have full control of his photos and videos. Don is a great family man and worker. 10 out of 10 would go back to purchase another truck. Thank you from the bottom our our hearts for everything. Kluge family.
Lakeside Auto Brokers, are very professional and had plenty of information. Young man Michael Snovel helped us. He was up beat and spent a good time showing us what they had on the lot. Friendly and informative business.
Good Morning, I wanted to take the time to tell Lakeside Auto what an upstanding sales associate they have in Adam. He took money out of his own paycheck to help pay for something that Lakeside would not pay. Yes, I would do business with Adam again, but an not sure I would do business with Lakeside Auto Brokers as their policy on pleasing the customer is not top priority.
Normally, buying a car is a seemingly endless endeavor. You know, spending an entire day at a dealer. This was not the case working with Sam at Lakeside Auto on 8th street. Can't say enough good things about a car buying experience with Sam. No pressure, quick and easy. Car buying can be a tedious experience but Sam made it enjoyable and went the extra mile for us. I would highly recommend the 8th Street location for Lakeside Auto Brokers and be sure to ask for Sam!
I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for on Wed. Sam was the first person I dealt with and was more than helpful, he found several trucks that match my criteria. Their team got me in a truck that was honestly much nicer than I though I'd be able to afford with my budget. I sent my brother in a few days later to get his car and he is just as please as I was with my new vehicle. I've bought cars from dealerships before and this was the first time I felt no pressure to buy something I wasn't interested in. Would recommend at least checking them out to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle.
We are fairly new to Colorado and we needed a second vehicle. I had read more good than bad reviews, but I had to see for myself. Andre made it very easy, comfortable and didn't stop until I was happy even if that ment walking out with or without a car. Never pushy and always found an answer if he didn't know it. He is a really good sales person. Oh and I did end up purchasing a vehicle. :)
