Ok first, I have not bought from Ash yet... But I can tell you this as a car guy who buys a lot of cars (collect). I am dealing with him/negotiating and this is a rare kind of guy in the "used car business". Very straight forward and focused on "what works for you" attitude. He is new to the Phoenix area but not the business apparently and if this experience turns out to be consistent should be the guy to deal with.
