Dealer responded quickly to my inquiry and answered my specific questions.. I decided to look for a closer car to me to buy at this time.

I recently bought a used 2007 Toyota Tacoma V6 4X4 Sr5 access cab from Henderson Motor company and the process was very easy and very fast. There were no outrageous document fees, they had zero document fees. I found the truck I liked on a Monday, test drove it, and had Dave write me up a buyers order. The next day I went to my credit union got approved, they wrote me a check and I gave it to Dave and drove off the lot in less than 30 minutes. The ac/heater fan went out in the truck about a week after I purchased the vehicle. It was nothing major but I wanted it fixed as anyone would. I drove down to Henderson Motor company where one of the salesman looked at the problem, went next door to O'Reilly's and acquired the part necessary to fix the problem. They fixed the issue with the truck in under an hour at no cost to me. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Henderson Motor Company to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. They seemed like very stand up people and acted as they would do anything to fix the problems I had with the truck. Thanks again, HMC!!

Went above my expectations with exceptional customer service and no pressure buying. In this day in age it's hard to get any service, but Dave and Bobby are exceptional. Bobby Henderson was wonderful! Best person I have ever worked with from a car seller, didn't even feel like I was at a car shop/dealer. He was thoughtful, detailed, patient, and fair. I recommend him to anyone, and have to several people so far, and plan to go back here first next time I need am looking for a vehicle.
