I feel everything was pretty good not 100 percent good I would give it a 80 percent good because of the few problems that we encountered with a other car and it taking a long time for us to get the license plates and a few other things otherwise everything else was pretty good George and his staff were good to us so I can give him a good credit on that but it could of been a little bit better on dealing with the other stuff just a little bit better and that is my opinion ok thank you I would recommend him and all but just be careful because you never know what you will get just take buyers beware in consideration ok thank you and God bless you and God bless America.................

If things change I will re write my review but I inquired about a 2014 Impala from George and he got me approved for my loan told me there was a minor fix that the car needed and he would take care of that and even ship me the car seeing how I'm in Kansas City. I'm thinking I got a deal of a lifetime and was grateful for George as he seems to be a kind man ...the last I've heard from George was a week ago today and has ignored my calls from the dealership and from his phone ...I have not heard anything else about the car at all ! I had to sell me car for the down payment for this car and now that I'm getting no reply from George or the dealership I'm stuck without a vehicle at this time . Again if things can get rolling and we can get this deal finalized then great ! And I'll even delete this review and rewrite a new one with 5 stars ...but I'm beginning to wonder if writing this review is worth it seeing how I can't even get one simple phone call or text.

Just purchased a 2007 Volvo S80 for my daughter and could not be happier. Buying a used car can be a game of chances, and from the start I felt comfortable that I was dealing with folks with integrity. I'm happy to say the positive experience we had continued all the way through to the end, They were more than happy to give me the space I needed to evaluate the car on my own, they let me get the car checked out wherever I chose, and every single subsequent point in the transaction was smooth, from negotiation to purchase to title transfer to inspection.... I quite honestly feel fortunate to have done business with them.

George did all he could to make sure I got a great and affordable deal for the car of my dreams. They let us test drive it without anyone, giving us that trust. I was looking for a car for my mom, and suggested she get a Subaru, good quality, all wheel drive and safe. I found 2006 Subaru Outback wagon at Giordano's. George was easy and a pleasure to work with, he went above and beyond to make sure the buying process was enjoyable. He let us test drive the car without him, my mom loved the car. He did the needed repairs before we picked it up, we lost the title and he went and got a duplicate title. I would definitely buy from him again.

I was shopping for a used vehicle & came across this dealership....Upon arrival everyone I came across was very pleasant and welcoming..he had the vehicle i wanted to purchase ready & immediately allowed me to test drive..once back at the dealership we started the paperwrk..we ran n2 ALOT of deadends but he never gave up. He Hey..its jarvonna from the front office....He always kept me posted on new information as he received it...I would recommend George to any and everyone. As soon as i walked into Giordano Auto Sales i was treated with respect and could nof asked for better customer service. I walked in basically flat broke but George said he would find a way to help me and get me a car that would be reliable and afordable. He did exactly what he said he would do. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a new car. I could not of been hpier with my expierence at giordanos. My car is very reliable and i got it at a great price too . I deliver food so i needed a car that i can trust. Again i cannot say it enough. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to george the boss and his co workers.
