Not your average dealer.....ABOVE AVERAGE.Found the vehicle on the Internet. They were 6 hours away. A little skeptical at first, but can't tell you how happy I am we made the drive. We dealt with Tommy Harper. I called him the day before on the phone and confirmed price , vehicle and options. I put down a deposit and he held the car for me. I even text him the night before around 9PM and he promptly responded with a clear detailed response. I wanted to be sure this wasn't another one of those horror stories you hear about where people drive for hours and then get the smoke and mirrors routine where the car isn't available. Tommy kept up with us during our drive making sure we weren't getting lost and didn't need anything from him. When we arrived he was standing on the lot waving like he knew us his whole life. They worked with us to get the terms we needed and made us a good offer on our trade in (I don't think anyone every gets exactly what they want out of their vehicle). They even treated my 18 year old daughter with respect and involved her in the process. Tommy took the time to show her how to work the radio, pair it to her phone and went over the features with her instead of just talking to me. Clay Larkin was great in finance as well. Everything was explained clearly and shown on the work up sheet. They even got me a better rate than my credit union. All I can say is you owe it to yourself to do business with Gillie Hyde if you have a chance, even if you have to drive six hours!!
