After totaling my previous car and finding myself unexpectedly and urgently needing a new vehicle, I frantically searched online for something that caught my eye. I needed something reliable and built to last, without breaking the bank (especially as I had no time to save up after the accident). I found the car of my dreams through a search on Cars.com: a beautiful black Volvo XC90 with very low mileage, and it was actually within my budget! I didn't get my hopes up too high because I worried the dealer wouldn't be able to work with someone who had very little established credit (I'm still in my 20's and haven't had credit for very long), on top of wanting monthly payments as low as possible. I was shocked and absolutely ecstatic to find that the salesman was determined to find a bank with whom I could finance and get the low monthly payments I needed, and he really followed through!! I found Eastside Auto Sales to be a pleasure to work with. They got the job done, were very friendly, answered all of my questions, and made a process that could have been a real headache into a total breeze. I love my new vehicle, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I found a car I liked on Cars.com and sent an email to inquire about it. Their Salesman Darrell got back to me very quickly and offered another similar vehicle, that was lower mileage and only had one owner. We went in to test drive and purchase the vehicle and we were out in a couple hours. He even found some crayons for my daughter to play with while the paperwork was going through.

I was looking for a very specific car and when I seen that they had it I was thrilled!!! Went there the next day and met James and Ray who was very friendly and not pushy at all!!! They Were Both very busy but made sure that I was their top priority. We agreed on a fair price and I got the car home and it had a minor issue. My mechanic said that the dealership wouldn't of ever known of the problem. So I called Ray and explained the situation and he wrote a check with no hesitation. I bought the vehicle AS IS so he really didn't have to do anything. I LOVE MY CAR!! and EASTSIDE AUTO!! thank you for everything. I will continue to send people here!!:-)

I was sceptical about buying a car off of 82nd due to the horror stories. I am super glad I looked past the reviews, and gave it a shot. My contact was Rick. He is absolutely amazing! He answered a million and one questions I kept hammering at him, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I found a Wrangler that seemed too good to be true, and was waiting for the other shoe to drop. My credit process had a little hic-up that Rick took the time to find another way and hit it out of the park with the % rate. I showed up for my test drive, and he was already heading my way calling my name. We gave this vehicle a good driving and look over. This Wrangler was in immaculate condition all the way around. RIck made this process enjoyable, and simple. He literally did all the work for me. He was not only professional, but also extremley personable at the same time. I would definately recommend RIck, should you be looking for the perfect vehicle at a great price. Thanks! One very Super Happy Customer

A long story made short; I shopped for a car at this dealership and I found one that I was interested in buying. The salesman was friendly and seemed accommodating. I did some research on this vehicle and contacted this dealership a second time. When I started to ask some questions that my research had raised, everything about this relationship changed. I did not attempt to be confrontational, but my honest questions about this car brought about an angry and verbally abusive response from this manager. I will never have dealings with them. I believe them to be dishonest.

Bought a used van at this dealer. They replaced all the tires and radiator no charge. Lots of inventory and knowledgeable staff. Open late and on the weekends. I would recommend them for sure.

I went in to get a car I was going to trade mine in the owner was very rude rolling his eyes like I didn't have the money to pay for it. The car I was looking at had broken parts they wouldn't fix I will never go back.

I put money down on a a PT Cruiser and came back the next day. My boyfriend was giving me the money until my check ckeared...He showed up drunk was obnoxious and wouldn't give me the money for that car. So I ended up with a Suburu. Normally I know that Suburu are better cars but the PT had less miles was newer and was a signature series more bells and whistles and I really wanted it. But ended up with the Suburu.. I paid the balance the following day and drove it around. Originally Darrell had been helping me. T he next day I went back. I had already paid for the car and they could of told me to kick rocks but they switched the cars and all I had to do was pay for the DMV paperwork. It was Darrell s daily off and Rick was super fast and helpful and I love my PT CRUISER and my dog loves it. They couldn't have been more helpful or nicer about it and I have to say if the car breaks down it will be more affordable for me to fix and I won't blame my boyfriend for it :) I spent the whole week searching for an affordable decent used car and the cars on this lot had less miles, we're clean and the staff wasn't pushy was helpful and put up with us. A CAR is one of our more important purchases so people are difficult and the staff dealt with every thing well. Darrell and Rick were great. The secretary was great all very helpful so I'm not sure about some of these bad reviews but I can say that the lemon law doesn't apply to used cars and used cars are gonna need work.I also know that if the owner let hadn't approved the switch their would be nothing I could do about it. There is also no 3 day cooling period for cars so the fact that they switched cars no questions asked without any hassel says a lot about their business ethics to me. THANKS . I will recommend them and suggest that you do check out their cars they are reasonably priced and they are helpful.

Trying to sell cars that have too much wrong with the vehicle. Did not tell us in advance. Then when we asked to look at other cars he said they all have the same thing wrong. Will never go back
