Elisa at Dublin Nissan was wonderful to work with. Gave me a very fair deal on a 2017 Platinum Pathfinder without any hassle. They always made you feel like you were the customer and were important. I live in Southern California and bought from them since they had the vehicle I wanted in stock and it worked out for the best! Did paperwork efficiently ahead of time and she was always prompt with responses and always communicated next steps clearly! Great service!

I purchased a used car from this dealership. If you buy a vehicle from them make sure you purchase the extended warranty. Because they will not help you when the car breaks down. My recommendation is do not buy a car from this dealership

Bought two cars from here several years ago. Always have had great customer service from the Service Dept., better than most of the other luxury dealerships in the area including BMW and MBZ.

Fast, affordable and went the extra mile to ensure I had a rental car for each day my car was in the shop! The service advisor was great at explaining each step to me and was available to me every time I needed to reach him!

I own a Nissan since Oct 2005, and always liked their way to take care of their customers. This dealership in Dublin doesn't care about your patronage at all. After the change of ownership in 2004, everytime I go there, either minor or major service, they always find a way to let me pay extra dollars. Especially if I do not need anything at all!!! They always find something (brakes, battery, shock, leaking of something). It's not really important if my car needs it. They just want my money. And even after fixed it, I call them because they mess up on something else, nobody takes care of my calls. Called at least 3 times, leaving name & phone number. Still waiting for Service Department to call me back!!!Forget it.They will not see me and my money anymore!!!

Overall experience 10+. Awesome management, awesome sales man, very clean and organized dealer, big selection, except manual transmission cars to me disappointment, but the dealership was awesome. They are very knowledgeable people very down-to-earth very friendly and not pushy except for making a awesome deal which they did for me thank you guys you will be seeing me again.

I purchased a used 2012 Mini Cooper JCW from them on Jan 17 2015. The car was being sold as being in "excellent condition" with 42k miles. The sales rep said that everything had been checked and given a multi-point inspection and everything was in "excellent condition". After 3 months (and just over 4k miles) I took the car into the Mini dealership for a it's first oil change and it turns out the car needs $4000 worth of work. They said that the clutch and flywheel were fried and that I was lucky that the car had not broken down earlier. The tech said that there was no way this happened in the last 3 months and that it was obvious to him that this existed prior to me purchasing the car. When I called them to question them about this they basically told me that they didn't care and they were not going to make it right. They initially even refused to return my calls and I had to call up and get rude with their staff before they would even get a manager to talk to me. They did not even offer to bring it in to their own service center and inspect it. The sales manager Steve was rude and dismissive. STAY AWAY from these guys! They are only out to move the car off the lot and will lie and cheat you if that's what it takes. They previously have had many Better Business Bureau complaints and their Yelp rating was fairly low (my fault for not checking them out before I shopped there but I really wanted this particular model) . And as you can see here they have had several complaints on this site. This is my SECOND Mini. My previous model was a stick and lasted me ELEVEN YEARS with no problems at all.

My buying experience at Dublin Nissan can only be described as truly fantastic and exceptional. Dennis (Sales Manager) is very patient and professional. He explains clearly what it takes to own an EV and help us with the leasing process. He is helpful before, during and after the sale of the vehicle. Outstanding dealership!
