Service response is excellent. However, customer parking is awful, making it very difficult to get into the dealership.

I bought this car in January of 2012. The car had 68,xxx miles on it so I decided to buy the extended 100k mile warranty. The salesman was typical and pushy as ever. He had some wierd idea that I actually cared if I wasted his time. In August of 2012 the car had 70k miles on it and had an oil leak. I took the car in the dealership and to my suprise the head gasket was bad. After getting that fixed, the car had to be towed back in three weeks later because the starter burnt out. Two months after that I went to get an oil change and they told me that I had no oil on the dip stick and oil was leaking from the turbo. The dealership kindly charged me $65 to clean up the mess that they made.

The overall process was good. I was disappointed the dealership would let a car leave the lot without being detailed. I felt that Tim the salesman was done with me once he had the sale. I honestly feel the service department is the best thing this dealership has going for it. I probably would not recommend this particular location to someone who is looking to purchase a new or preowned car.
