On Saturday, Nov. 19, I brought my Civic in for its 125,000 mile checkup. Joe Severino was wonderful. He told me what was happening at every step of the process. Thank you for your help and constant updates.

Customer service was top notch. Great experience. The service was very accommodating. I got a lot of work done and they got it done very quickly. Ever since I bought my Honda from this dealership. I have been coming back to this service center even though I don't live in the area anymore. It's very well run.

Fast and quick service. waiting though for the $25 gas card to be sent to me. They were not in stock when I brought my car in for service. You should not have the offer if the "promotion" material is not in stock. I was told however that it would be mailed soon.

Pleasant and fast.

Right in at 7:30, waited moments for service manager. Explained why I was there he answered all of my questions and then some. Showed me the waiting room, where they have a tv, coffee, etc...Both shop and waiting area very clean. As I said, pleasant and fast, I was out in about 35 to 40 minutes.Also very easy to get to.I will continue to go there for my service.

Our salesman , Robert, does everything for us and keeps our involvement and stay at the dealership to a minimum . He makes buying a new car easy. This is our 5th car from here.
