Bought several cars for this location within the last 5-6 years and things have went flawless!!! But this last time has been a total wreck with the financing dept. First off we were told the loan was good to go then it was brought to our attention a month after the supposed deal was done that there was something wrong with the banks financing with funding the warranty. So we went back in and signed new paperwork. Derry's did offer to personally finance the warranty at a discounted price and we are sill un sure if we will take them up on that offer. When we went back in and signed new paperwork we did make our first months payment to Derry's for our loan because it was so close to the payment date we didn't want to worry about late payments. And today 4 days after the last signed paperwork the loan is finally showing up but its not reporting that we made our first payment. Because of all the problems I don't believe we will be buying from Derry's again along with the many people we know that make purchases here. I do think that because of all the hassle we have been through that maybe some more compensation could of been offered to us. (example. oil changes, car washes ect) If they want to keep customers happy there going to have to try a little harder. We are still working on figuring out what has happened to our payment we made. Best of luck to all buyers. I will say that we have been very happy with our sales person Vicki she always try's to get us what we want. I truly hop things get taken care of.

I did not buy from Dan Deery Superstore but inquired about a truck that was on the lot. I requested specific information that was not listed on the specification and was emailed the facts the next day. I asked that they email me and not call me as I was trying to find a specific truck with this option. I thought they did everything I asked and did not call me trying to get me to purchase this or come down and see it.. I did let them know that they can email me should they get the right for me truck in. Mike

Jalan B. was our sales consultant, he was very aware of our needs. Went out of his way to meet expectations. Made the car buying process easy. Very friendly!!

Sold cars will still be listed on website which need to be removed as soon as possible after the sale. I noted 4-5 cars before going to them for enquiry but after going there I came to know that they were already sold.

We couldn't have been treated any better than we were at this store. Our salesman, Anthony Schuler was excellent, very friendly and honest. We didn't purchase an expensive vehicle but were treated as if we did. We were very impressed with the whole process. We drove over 100 miles to make the transaction and are glad we did, will do it again if we ever need another vehicle.
