This guys offered me unnecessary warrenty and Paint Protection. when I insisted that I don't want they told me that I can cancel in one month.However, It is taking more than 4 months to have it cancelled with no luck yet.THIS GUYS SUCK!DONT BUY ANY CARS FROM THEM. SAVE YOURSELF!
I was approached in a friendly manner. I was not pressured while being shown my choices my questions were answered. No one was rude or unaccomidating in any way. I was not pressured. I will recommend any one I know looking to buy a new vehical to Go to Crowley Kia because it's a Good product and the staff are helpful in showing you your options.

Everything that was talked about over the phone (like price, fees, items on car) was the same when I arrived. Rob was true to his word and everything he said was part of the deal was part of the deal. I asked to send the deal in an email and he did. That has not happened with my other experiences buying a new car at other dealerships. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
I purchased my car in June 2016 and at that time I was told that it will cost only 20 dollars in addition for warrently. once I reviewed with finance department I came to know that it is more than what has been told to me.At the time of purchase of my car, they added Auto Guard Wear and Tear and when I insisted them not to include it, I have been told that after one month I can call and cancel.I called since then close to 50 times and no one gives me correct answer on status...DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME with them.
Never any problems... only issue was I never received a return call on trading in my forte from Eric to do a new lease. Text, email and calls failed so I stopped trying. Sadly because I like the dealership I will have to seek a new lease elsewhere that will accommodate my terms. At least a return phone call.
