Purchased 2016 Malibu JAN 2016, Found body issues that are from factory build. .Offer- Body shop. No, We purchased new vehicle that should be free of any body damages. Offer- Accessories. No, What accessory will cover up any body damage? NONE... I will NEVER recommend this so called auto sales to anyone. They LIE to customers, They will not return phone calls after the first if it pertains to a problem with the vehicle you purchased. Contacted BBB and GM pertaining to this matter. Still nothing done by coughlin. I will only settle for buy back of my vehicle and not trade in value. They will screw you in any way shape or form.... Al Coughlin himself will not return phone calls after complaint was made directly to him...

I was coming home from a conference in Columbus when my tire pressure indicator started letting me know that my tire pressure was dangerously low. I stopped at a gas station to check the tire pressure but it read what it was supposed to so I continued home. The indicator continued to show my tire pressure was dropping so I decided to stop in at the Service Department at Coughlin. They got me in without an appointment. They discovered that my sensors weren't reading the right tire and it was actually a different tire that was losing pressure. They corrected that issue and then looked at the tire itself to see what was wrong. They discovered a large piece of metal in the middle of my tire that I had picked up on the Columbus highways. They removed it and patched the hole. I am very grateful that they were able to help me on such short notice.

Went for oil change and 25,000 mile checkup. Was in and out quick. A little pricey for oil change, 25,000 checkup with all that comes with that. Mostly checking things. Overall good service.

AC off Due to High Engine Temp

Coughlin Circleville has had car three times to fix the "AC off Due to High Engine Temp" alert. Had to contact GM customer service to start to get some attention to the matter. GM has started a case. Coughlin gets to work on the car for the fourth time starting tomorrow. (What happened to three strikes and your out?) Hopefully integrating GM into this mess will bring light to the problem and a solution will be found. Having to contact GM to hold Coughlin accountable is sad.

Cindy Smith was very professional in helping my fiancee get the car she needed as a single mother of six beautiful and at times very energetic children. Even though I live in Texas and travel weekly on business, both Cindy and Jim were able to deal with my travel schedule. As an example, Jim Buchanan had to repeatedly send all of the necessary paperwork for my signature to several different locations because of my travel. Thanks to both of them, I was able to get my fiancee in an exceptionally safe 8 passenger Chevy Traverse AWD at a fair price with reasonable financing. Even through I am sure that the logistics of working around the needs of a busy mother with six young children and my travel schedule was not easy for either Cindy or Jim, they were always very professional. Thanks again for making it all happen for me and my soon to be new family.

cindy and jim went the extra mile to get me in a car. i had specific needs that i needed met and it took a bit of doing but they pulled it off and i could not be happier. i have bought my last 3 cars from cindy and jim and i will go there again . thank both of you so much

Cindy was very helpful and a true professional while helping us with the purchase of our 2011 ford F150 Platinum, Supercrew 4x4 truck. my experience was with Cindy Smith i was in the market for a used car , i found one on autotrader i sent an email to the email listed on the sight within a few minutes she had contacted me . the truck was a new trade they just took in so they were having a hard time finding where it was. but cindy got to work on it found where the truck was at , it was at the detailer.she had it brought to the dealership i went and looked at it and she was great getting the deal done . i am very happy with the truck and also the service thanks Cindy you were great !
