Purchased a 2000 Audi TT quattro 5spd . JT in sales was a pleasure to work with and very atypical with respect to being very low pressure in his sales approach. He is a professional at all times and went way beyond the call of duty to make the sales experience extraordinary. there were a few minor issues which most dealerships on a sub 15k car would not have taken the time and effort to resolve. In fact the mechanic Bobby spent over 90 minutes sorting out minor issues when I took delivery. I will definitely be back when the time is right for another vehicle.
The car I purchased was 2016 Z06/7; I had been shopping for several months to find the right value/ price. When I saw the car on EBay I immediately knew the price was right but my conscience wouldn't allow me to spend that kind of $ without seeing the car in person first. We took a drive from Wisconsin, the car looked as good as described and their inventory of high end automobiles was top notch. The sales person I dealt with (Eric) was a true car guy not a car salesman, there is a difference. Before agreeing on a price Eric introduced me to the owner (Parin) and gave me and my wife a tour of their inventory. In performance terms some of their stuff is really "over the top". Overall I feel I received a better than fair price & had great experience working with knowledgeable people.
Purchased a 2013 BMW X5 found on cargurus. Chicago Motor Cars is located over an hour drive from my house so I was very glad to see that the car was even nicer and in better condition than I expected from the internet listing. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the way they do business - No pressure sales, very forthcoming about the car's condition and easy going. Very good experience.
From the original phone calls and questions to the road test and purchase, It was an excellent experience. Mike at Chicago motor cars was very pleasant to work with. Mike walked us through the purchase from 800 miles away. Mike picked us up at the airport,had everything ready,made a smooth transition,and we were on our way. Mike was a great salesman, answered all my questions, made the process very smooth! CMC is a first class facility, wow at the beautiful cars, I was looking for a Jekel and Hyde type grocery getter, and man did I find it. Mike was helpful in getting me previous owner's name and number the folks there were just top shelf front row!Did get to meet anyone in finance since I bought out rite, but if they are anything like Mike and other salesmen I meet while there have no worries! Do yourself a favor and buy with thes guys you won't be sorry!!!

He exceeded my expectations, took time to send additional photos, responded to my inquiries outside of his normal business hours, and overall ensured the transaction went smoothly and I was satisfied.
