I recently purchased my second Sentra from Carolina Nissan. Danny, Kirt and Ricardo was more than helpful. The buying experience was extremely easy and they did anything they could do to help me, the first time and second time. I can't say enough about this team, they are great.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Carolina Nissan and was very pleased with how my transaction was handled. Bo and Ricardo were very professional and willing to work with me at every step. I am from out of state so I wasn't sure how everything was going to turn out... but it was as painless as can be, and they made it very easy. Thank you to the good folks at Carolina Nissan!! Would highly recommend! 10/10!

We are once again proud owners of a new car from Carolina Nissan. Mark Garner and his staff go above and beyond to make the car buying experience the best for you. Our first purchase was a 1997 pick-up (that we still own and drive) from them. I recommend that you go by and talk with Mark. I can promise that since this is our 7th Nissan purchase that Mark will find the best deal for you and your family.

My wife and I had a great experience buying our new Altima from Carolina Nissan! The folks there were professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. We really enjoyed our car buying experience. If you are looking for a new car, we recommended visiting the folks at Carolina Nissan. They are the best!

I would recommend never buying a car from them. I went in to ask about trading my car in to buy a new altima. They were very rude and gave me a higher price then another dealership. I ended up not buying my altima from them. However when I wanted to get my car serviced they told me they would not be able to service my car since I did not buy it from them. They were very rude and seemed very unprofessional. I would warn anyone to not buy a car from them!

I purchased my first car from Carolina Nissan in 1990, and keep going back. The sales staff always help me find the right car for my needs and budget, from that first brand new Sentra I bought after I graduated college to the Altima I have now, and several in between (both new and used). They are also great helping me get the best value for my trade-ins.I don't know much about cars and repairs, and I have gotten ripped off at other repair shops. That has NEVER happened to me at Carolina Nissan. They handle everything from basic tune-ups and oil changes to major repairs quickly and professionally. They discuss all the work and charges before doing anything, so there are no suprises when I pay the bill - unlike other places I have had the misfortune of using. The service department even helps me with rides to and from work if I can't stay at the dealership while the work is being done. I will never use another dealer or another service department!

In November of 2008 we stopped at Carolina Nissan just to get a brochure on the new Maxima and ended up trading that very night. We love the car and Carolina Nissan. Mark Garner was very comfortable to work with. Not once did we feel like he wasn't doing everyhing possible to get us the car we wanted at the best price. There was no runaround and never any pressure, just good salesmanship. The service department has always been great and since the sale we've consistently been treated like a valued customer. Because we've had such wonderful experience there we've been back several times just to visit and keep in touch. We would never consider buying a Nissan anywhere else. From the day you walk into the showroom the first time you are treated just like family and unlike many car dealerships, that DOES NOT end with the sale. While visiting we've observed several customers who are repeat buyers. It isn't hard to understand why they continue to come back. With most places the friendly manner they show before the sale ends almost immediately after. Not so with the great folks at Carolina Nissan.

Buyer Beware! If you buy a new Nissan outside of Burlington and think that you can have it serviced at Carolina Nissan, you are wrong. We bought a new Nissan. We got a price quote from Carolina Nissan, then from Crown Nissan. Crown was $1500.00 less, so of course we bought from Crown. When the oil needed changing, I called to make an appointment with Carolina Nissan and was told by Chris Dubs that I would not like him at the end of our conversation because I didn't need to ever bring my car there, that they only service new cars that were bought from them. We tried to call the owner, Terry Crenshaw twice. He never took our calls or returned our calls. The calls were answered by Joel Hyder, who was extremely rude. I called Nissan's corporate office. They spoke with someone at Carolina Nissan and was told that I could drop my car one evening and pick it up by the end of business the next day to have the oil changed. I made the appointment and dropped the car off. I was told at 5:35 pm the next day that they had not touched my car. They "just didn't have time and didn't know when they might." They never intended to service the car in the first place. This is how we were treated and we have bought at least 5 cars from Carolina Nissan in the last 25 years. I have heard NUMEROUS stories from others since this happened. We love our car but will never buy another Nissan because of this.
