Called to ask a question about financing, was hung up on. I would be very careful about handing over any personal or financial information, this whole set up feels very amateur.

My son was very interested in a car on their lot. It was 14 years old and had really low mileage, so it seemed like a perfect first car for him. After test driving it, he told them how much he wanted to buy it. He returned to the lot at least 3 or 4 times, and was told that it still needed to be inspected. He asked them if he could take the car to have it checked out by a mechanic, and was told it would be fine. However immediately after that, they suddenly sold the car to someone else, without so much as a phone call. This seemed extremely shady, to say the least. The timing seemed as though they didn't want the car to be seen by the mechanic. It was a very disappointing experience, and I could never recommend this dealer.

My car died on Monday. Breithaupt had me in a great truck by Saturday. They wouldn't release the vehicle to me until they put new tires on it and tuned up the heating. Both sales guys were easy to work with and gave honest, quality advice. I am very pleased and wiill definately be a return buyer. I recommend them without reservation!
