When I lived in Mystic, CT, and my son would have his Chevrolet S-10 pickups serviced at Valentis Auto Mall, we would sit and chat with Joe Polo while waiting. I had a GMC Sierra Pickup. When it came time for me to trade the GMC, I went to the GMC dealer where I had purchased it new but before signing, I went to the Chevy showroom at Valentis and spoke with Joe Polo. He was able to get me into the same year Chevy Silverado with more features, for much less than a similar GMC had. I bought the Silverado last year. I also had a 7 year old Dodge Caliber and felt it was time to trade that also. Being 73 years old, I was looking for a smaller car but with all the goodies. I liked the Chevrolet Sonic. Even though I have since moved to another city, I went back to Valentis and spoke with Joe, who is a very personable and knowledgeable young man. I told him how much I wanted to spend and he found me the perfect Red Hot Sonic LTZ Hatchback for well under the price I had in mind. Needless to say, I am very pleased that I once again, chose to work with Joe Polo. I highly recommend, if you are looking for a Chevrolet or a good used car, to see Joe.

I had an overall good experience shopping at valenti. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful doing their best to help you find what you are looking for . After an initial miscommunication on my needs I sat down with Tom smith who was certain he could find the truck for me . Within minutes I was in my new truck an picked it up within a few days . Being on the road constantly and what seems like.never ending work I needed a vehicle and fast . Without Tom it wouldn't have gone so quick and smooth . I highly recommend seeking him out when going to this dealership . If you simply gel him exactly your needs he will find you what your looking for and fast
