Was contacted by a former co-worker regarding a vehicle for sale, came down the next day and the 04 325ci coupe Taylor had ready for me blew me away. I have never seen a car this age in this good of condition at this price, and could not resist. I did lots of hunting before deciding on this car, and am glad I waited. Paperwork was a breeze and I am thrilled with my new 3 series. Thanks Taylor and BMW of Humboldt Bay!

Hey there i usually never write reviews i am usually a very content person when it comes to requesting services at any store , service shop , etc. but here it goes i took my car i have a 530i 2004 i recently purchased this vehicle i took it there cause i need it smoged so they took it in saying at an estimate of 250$ they they called saying that they needed more time so they needed approval for 480$ ,they tell me i need to change the cars computer at a cost of 1800$, so then i asked what had they had done with my car to fix the problem the guy i spoke with , Devin , dint have a clue of what he was talking about more of a sales man !!! than a service guy he just keeps asking for more time approval at 119$ per hr he needed 1000$ in time when i asked what they had done with the first hrs of services he had no idea, then he said he was going to talk to the technician and give me a call .waited and the call never came ,so i decide to call , when i talk to him now he says that they don't know what is wrong for car but that they need 1000$ in time and possibly from 2000$ to 3000$ in estimate for fixing the issue ,so i told em to wait , and i started calling other places to see if i could find a cheaper solution to my problem , so i researched and found out a few things ,then i called them i shared my interest in the issue and when i told Devin , that i had called other places to compare my options he said that since i had no trust in the fixing my issue or better said dint approve the estimate he asked for they were declining further assistance . so basically they have no idea what is wrong with my car .and the manager recommended two competitors LOL.. so after waiting for two weeks for the appointment at this dealership i sit in the dark with no help from the supposed professionals !!SO LONG STORY SHORT !! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME !!!!!AND RIDICULOUS PRICING WITH NO KNOWLEDGE WHAT SO EVER !!

Don't have your car serviced at this dealership. I have been a loyal BMW owner for the past 20 years and have had my cars serviced at BMW of Humboldt Bay since they opened. I've finally had enough. Every time I take my car in I feel taken advantage of. They recommend unnecessary repairs. I traded my last car in when they told me it would cost $2,500 to have my rear brake pads replaced. They gave me $6,800 for the trade-in and then had the car on the lot for sale the following week priced at $16,995. I guess it didn't really need that much work. Most recently I took the car I traded my last car in for for my first paid oil change. I just passed the 50,000 mile free maintenance mark. The rep asked if I was there for a "standard scope maintenance" and an oil change. I stated I just needed the oil change. He went out to check my car and agreed it only needed the oil changed. He then walked me to his office and said he wanted to run the key to see if there were any other messages. I needed spark plugs. Fine. Today's bill was going to be $486! I said, "For an oil change?" He said that the spark plugs were $297! Really???Oh, and I did get charged for the "standard scope" maintenance as well.I could go on and on. Save yourself the misery and go to a dealership you can trust.

Don't take your car here for service. I took it in for an ignition problem, they found all this other stuff wrong saying that was the problem and $3100 later when I picked up the car the ignition problem was not even touched and it still had the starting problem it had when I took it in. All the items they said were wrong were labor intense and of course very expensive to repair. I am not saying they ripped me off but I think they fixed a lot of things that didn't need replacing and didn't fix the problem I took it in for. Find someone else to work on your BMW not this dealer.

I went in to just look around, but they were so friendly and said we can get you into a BMW. So we told them what we liked they pulled up front with this 2007 328i BMW, brand new, we fell in love. Service was always great, car was great. Would do business with them again.

Bought a used car from them - given BMW a write up. Car was listed as minor collision. Broken bits found everywhere after purchase including a crash detector/electrical kill switch made to break in the event of a a collison. It had been badly put back together by the dealer, without replacement. This caused multiple problems and codes. Service was terrible - they were supposed to install several pieces at the time of the buy, they had to order the bits (a satellite radio, scratch repair, some broken plastic carpet attachement bits). The parts were never ordered, work was never done - resulting in threat of lawsuit, and eventual partial restitution by them. For work needing to be done they would only call me at odd hours and then not call back when I would call and be forced to leave a message, because they would never pick up. Also lost the license plates, and claimed they didn't have them. Did not come with any manual materials. When I demanded them, as included on the purchase order, they literally threw torn items at me, along with the plates I made them dig up. Eventually forced to take them to court for non-performance of work under lemons laws.
