I brought my Escape in because of a "recall notice." The "notice" said the work would take a half day or maybe longer. The Service Department got my car in at the appointed time and the work took them about 45 minutes. I was very pleasantly surprised by how promptly the work was completed. I would highly recommend Bill Colwell's Service Department to anyone and everyone!!

Although they did not give me quite the price I was hoping for my trade or drop the asking price they were great to work with were extremely helpful with my toddler I brought.
