I went there for AC diagnosis and light bulb replacement. Needless to say that the service sucked and after a week of having my vehicle the ac wasn't repaired. A total waste of time!!! But they still thought it was nessarry to charge as if my vehicle was repaired. Terrible experience!!!

Bill Collins will be my go to dealership from now on! They are an absolute amazement. The receptionist was quick to greet me as soon as I walked in the door and asked me how my night was going and the salespeople whom were standing in the showroom were also quick to greet me. I drove from out of state to purchase a used car and couldn't be happier with the experience. I had been in contact with Joe Jackson a few days prior to my trip so he was expecting me and had the vehicle ready when I got there. After a test drive and going over a few things with Joe I was on to their finance department which made it a quick and easy process. They got me back on the road home with a big smile on my face and a full tank of gas.

Very friendly, made my problem their problem. I had an unusual credit situation that most dealers waved bye-bye to. Tom Siewart in sales and Geoff in financing took my problem under their wing and would not give up until I could purchase my perfect vehicle which by the way was an unbelievable deal. Geoff took a full day working on it and went to bat for me. Tom was very attentive and understanding. They have found a lifetime customer. Bye-bye to those other dealers.
