I just recently purchased a beautiful 2014 Honda Civic for my daughter. Fares Khoury is the president of the company and was an absolute pleasure to deal with !! He took the time to talk with my daughter regarding safety and why certain cars are better then others. Genuine , kind and extremely fair. The entire office made the car buying experience quick and painless ! I would highly recommend Bergen Car Company ...especially if you are tired of dealing with typical dealerships that give you the run around for hours !! These guys are Awesome. It was my pleasure to write a review. I have purchase many cars before but never experience such great comfortable service. Fares whole team is wonderful. I have purchase two cars from him over 1 month period. There cars are in excellent condition. They make sure you are completely satisfied. They are not in the business of taking advantage of people. I had been to several other dealers and I was so disappointed because looking to buy a car often can be stressful. Bergen Car Company was the last one I visited but from the moment I came in I felt very welcomed and the owner and staff were attentive and friendly. This is not the first time I was shopping for a car, but the first time that I got just amazing customer service,great price from the car dealer. I have to say I had really bad experience dealing with dealers before, but this time was such a difference. I was just amazed by the customer service and the way I was taken care of. My sells person was Fares and he is the BEST. He listens, he doesn't push you to do something you not comfortable with, Everyone was supper professional and helpful! They got me to the exact payment i needed and put me in the exact car i wanted! Would totally recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for car!! Overall it's was the best experience ever and Fares is the right guy !!!
I must say that service I received from this car dealer is superb! I bought my car(2010 Mercedes Benz) over 3months ago and I have no complaints. Today I bought it in to have a sensor taken care of and it was done with NO PROBLEMS. Bergen Car Company takes care of you even after the purchase. Fares and his team are amazing. If you are in the market for a new car luxury or economy, please try there first. You will not be disappointed.
I am so happy with my car, finance process, and the overall customer experience! i am a customer that credit is not the best and i was still able to get the car of my dreams and a process where i didn't feel bad! everyone go visit Ray at Bergen Car he is great and best part he tells you things straight forward and goes by what he says!!
