Bought a new Willys Wheeler Wrangler yesterday from the team at Bedford, and everything went quickly and smoothly. Dave the salesman was honest, they gave me a fair price on my trade, and the finance department worked to get a solid rate. I was in and out, including the test drive, in half an afternoon. Thanks!

I met with Steve yesterday with my boyfr5to look at a charger. They were very nice and really considered everything with a vehichle for trade in. I am not looking to buy a vehichle till I'm finished with school a year from now but will consider this dealership. My boyfriend Troy said he'd be back if he decided on the charger he's in the position here he has a nice car (challenger) but wanted more features like the hem engine and a backup camera and such. The charger was approx $500 more than he wanted but he us considering it.
Went for oil n tire rotation left and picked up a nail in tire they said bring it back took me right in snowed me problem and fixed it for me Can't thank them enough
While considering buying a NEW Vehicle. Downsizing from 2 vehicles with 2 payments. We were comfortably greeted with genuine kindness (not what you expect from "car salesman") Barb was excellent to fulfill our needs along with the Finance dept to put us in a comfortable payment. This all went without hassle. We were not pushed to buy or make rash decisions with what was available to us. My husband and I were quite pleased with the honestly and true concern. Most times when looking to purchase a vehicle the "sales team" shows there main concern is selling you something. Barb Baily was very different than the stereo type of a "salesman". We will continue our business with them. We are very pleased with our New Dodge Journey Crossroad. We went, and without a lot of time invested we got what we wanted from all aspects.

Sales team and finance manager worked diligently to find us our perfect Jeep Grand Cherokee. This is our second vehicle from the dealer and we drive 40 miles one way to their site for a reason. They do what it takes to serve the customer - from sales to service. In addition to purchasing our vehicle at Bedford Chrysler Jeep, we have all service work, inspections, and oil changes done there. Got a great price on a new 2015 Ram 3500 and a great trade in price on my 2010 F350. These Bedford Dodge folks are genuinely nice peoples. Really glad I did my business with them. Wish I had a dealership like them near me.
