From the time we spoke with Blane on the phone until the time I left the lot, we were treated with respect and honesty. These guys are top notch. We knew what we wanted and Blane made sure that we got the car we wanted at a price we could afford...with no haggling. They even went above and beyond to replace some worn parts before handing the vehicle over to me. Top notch service!! I love my new Touareg!
