I recently purchased a car from AutoCar Trader in Mount Vernon. The process went very smooth with no hassle. My sales person was both friendly and helpful, he was a pleasure to do business with! I also loved that the car was detailed, it was not a brand new car but felt new and was new to me!!!

Poor Customer Service.

I found the car of my dreams here but it has turned into a nightmare. Be prepared to take your title to the BMV and pay to change it over yourself after the sale because they do not do this like the bigger dealerships do. Before making a purchase with them take the vehicle to a trusted mechanic to have it looked at!!! And don't fall for the car report they provide make them get a Car Fax if they want your business!! I do not recommend this dealership and will never purchase from them again!
