Auto Warehouse Sales & Service
Very rude! First off I never received a response to my inquiry on a vehicle for sale so I had to call. Well no sales rep was available and I was promised a return call in 10 minutes. It is now going on three hours with out a call back. So I called again and finally talked to sales rep who had no idea about the truck I was asking about. So I hung up and found the stock number and called back only to be told very rudely that they didn't even want to take my vehicle as a trade in. Way to loose a sale!
If cars.com cares about service and business they will ban this dealership. Multiple e-mail inquiries were ignored and when I called them they were rude, short and condescending. I also submitted an e-mail to feedbackatcars.com with this information.
Stay away from this dealership (so called that is), jerks all the way
No reply to e-mail. Guess they are too busy to respond.
I sent a request for information on a used truck and was answered immediately. Don was very helpful , I had an issue with my disability check so I couldn't purchase a vehicle at the time but when things settle I am going to buy from them , thanks cajun
I called on 10-6-14 to inquire about a 2004 Audi A8 they had listed for sale. I asked if the timing belt had been replaced and was told "we don't know anything about the car". I asked if there were both keys and he said "I think there's one". I asked if the radio security codes were with the car and was told "I don't know". Attitude the entire time was "why are you bothering me". Really rude and didn't appear to care about selling the car.
Never return my request for further information on a Range Rover.
I called on a vehicle and made a plan to come by, take a test drive and have my mechanic inspect the vehicle. No problem. It needed the routine maintenance replacing the timing belt/water pump, valve adjustment and new plugs, approx. a $1300 repair. Not only that but my mechanic had noticed there we no VIN stickers on the front quarter panel and front passenger side door, the fuse box cover was missing and a few other things. When I brought the vehicle back to let them know what my mechanic had recommended, I was told they wouldn't negotiate more than $200 off the asking price. The salesman was VERY RUDE, didn't even give me a chance to speak before he started copping an attitude with me. I totally understand I'm buying a used car and it's not in perfect condition. I was going to ask if their shop could perform the repairs and I'd gladly pay for it, but I wouldn't give this dealership 2 cents of my money now! And YES the carfax I had to repeatedly ask for did indicate the vehicle had been in an accident!! Hope others have a better experience with this place than I did! No thanks! No time for rude people!
The dealer had my e-mail address and made no attempt to contact me?
We had been looking for a vehicle for several weeks and decided to go and test drive a few over the weekend. Auto Warehouse was our first stop. When we arrived, we walked over to the LR3 we were there to see and were greeted by a friendly guy named Brandon. He unlocked the car for us and answered a few questions we had. We wanted to take it for a test drive, so he quickly copied my husband's license and off we went. Just us. No one in the back seat trying to 'sell us'. We immediately knew this great car was for us and pulled back in to the lot. Brandon answered a few more questions, worked a little with us on the price and we started paperwork. This wasn't even 30 mins after we had arrived to look at the car! Our option for financing wasn't able to push through the paperwork until Monday, so we put a deposit down on Saturday, finalized our paperwork on Monday and went and signed paperwork and took delivery of our awesome car by Monday lunchtime. I'd send anyone here. No pushy sales-people....everyone was so efficient, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great experience for us.
