I went to this dealership seeking out a suv and I would have to say they all were great to work with. Greeted soon as I came in allowed me to test drive the car while they were helping others there. I like the fact that they weren't pushy and trying to make you buy something there like the typical car salesman . I worked with Mike directly but everyone there was accommodating. They were forthcoming about everything even willing to have a mechanic inspect the car I was getting. Overall excellent experience I would recommend this dealership over any of the big names
I purchased a car from Mike McKinney at AMS and it was a smooth and easy process. He let me take the car to be inspected by my mechanic without hesitation. I would definitely recommend this deal without hesitation!

Purchased 2 vehicles from the greatest salesman ever Roy! Buying experience was relaxed and actually went quite quickly on both occasions. I had to speak to the finance manager, Carol, recently, as the owner was not available, and this has to be the rudest individual ever. She has no business working with people, has no customer service skills, communication skills or professionalism. I was actually quite shocked because everyone else at the dealership is so friendly, and extremely professional.
Waste of time. We went to check for used cars. All cars were crammed in together and very dirty and lacked maintainence. Sales staff was mediocre as best and very unprofessional/unorganized. Lot was dirty as well as the actual office. We'll never be back and I STRONGLY encourage anyone considering this "tent pole" operation to well, reconsider.
Alex makes buying of the new car be a fun and rewarding process! Both cars we bought with him are serving it purpose. He helped us get all specifications we had in mind prior we went to a dealer. We had good experiences both times.
I recently purchased a Mercedes SL500 from AMS Cars. I had no idea driving could be this much fun! Four years ago I had purchased a Mercedes CLK430 and enjoyed the car, however it was totaled by a neighbor after a domestic flair up (....said her brakes went out). Devastated, I returned to AMS Cars where Roy quickly lined me up with nice rides. Suggested I try the SL, however I passed. Too much car and no back seat. Returning a few evenings later, Matt (the manager) suggested the same. Well, maybe I'll just circle the parking lot. Wow! What a car. I'll buy all of my cars there in the future. Driving should be fun!! Carol, in financing, went out of her way to work out the best financing. After several trips there, I chatted with Bob who runs constantly around the lot energetically getting all of those beautiful cars ready for us to try. What a great team. They'll do whatever it takes to make your buying experience enjoyable!
I bought my dream car from AMS CARS Chevrolet Camaro and it was a manual transmission and I had never drove one and the salesman Roy showed me how to drive it but I was supposed to come back the following day for a full lesson but I thought I was good and would handle it on my own (bad decision) couple days later car wouldn't move!! So I called Roy and they had it towed to their service department and turns out I should have returned for the driving lesson because I fried the clutch..and everyone at the dealership was very understanding and took care of the repairs and had me back on the road I'm no time!! The dealer didn't have to do anything and I truly appreciate their stand up customer service and I will send everyone I know to Roy at AMS CARS..THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE
