I shopped around a lot looking for just the right car. I found exactly what I was looking for at Adams of Charlotte on North Tryon Street, a Cadillac CTS Coupe. I called to make sure the vehicle was still available and set up an appointment to test drive the car after work.Upon arriving, I was greeted by Alanna, who was very friendly and professional. She set me up with a salesperson, Barry. Barry was friendly and already knew the vehicle I was interested in and set it up for a test drive.After the drive, I knew that was the car I wanted.Now the hard part...or so I thought.Barry and I sat down and talked over the details. I ended up with a great loan rate and affordable payments. In less than 2 hours from driving onto the lot, I was driving away with my new car.This was by far the easiest, zero pressure car buying experience I have ever had.I would not hesitate to recommend Adams Auto Group to anyone. I would buy from them again without question.I thank the whole team at Adams for their friendliness and professionalism.
