Buying a car here was a very quick and enjoyable process. Their have an excellent inventory, a respectful and very caring staff and they had the exact car I wanted and needed. Although it was hard to part with my trade, I got a great deal on the Lexus that I purchased. Jeff never left me waiting for an answer to my questions and kept me updated on the progress of the loan process. He even saved the decals I wanted off my trade in. I agree with all the other positive comments about this dealer. My next car will come from this lot for sure. It was a great experience!!!

purchased a car a month ago. after returning to the lot more than once a week, I was informed that the scratches that were pointed out before purchase will not be repaired and my request is unreasonable. I will not return here for vehicle purchases nor suggest this place to anyone

My husband just happened to stop in one day to look at a Dodge Grand Caravan and came home and told me about it. I was recovering from a spinal fusion surgery and unable to go look at the vehicle at that time. Christina kept calling me at home to answer my questions about mileage, color, engine size, etc. As soon as I was able (about a month later) we went together to see the vehicle. Luckily it was still there. I was still shocked at how genuinely friendly Christina and the sales manager were. I HATE dealerships and the whole car-buying process, always feeling like I'm in for a fight; but after working with 509Cars, I have to change my mind. Because of Christina's persistence and not forgetting about us, we have a wonderful new van that we love! I would recommend them to anyone!

After a year-long search for the right car at the right price we stumbled upon 509 Cars. Unlike most used car lots the process was quick, easy and actually fun. Our 2013 Nissan Rogue is terrific. We all get a little nervous when we go to a used car lot, but 509CARS erased all that from me. Working with Mark Seaton and Thomas Suwanmaneedang was beyond pleasant and easy. They got me through the hassle-free, no-pressure buying process in just a couple of hours and I am now the very proud owner of a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 Longhorn Laramie. Great experience! I don't normally buy from a dealer, but when I do I go here! This was the quickest and best experience I've ever had buying from a dealer. Love the car! Jeff is a good person. It was like buying from a friend.

Spent a couple months searching for a car online and finally found the one at 509cars. Stopped in and talked with a super sales guy (Mark). He was knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through the process and Bob helped finalize the paperwork. Just a fantastic experience. Very happy with the car.

Should have stopped at 509 cars first!!!!

Went car shopping all day long, gave up and was headed home when I just happened to drive by 509 cars and spotted a beautiful burgundy Tahoe. Stopped in and was won over right away with the great customer service I got from my salesman Jeff, the price was so right, they offered a warranty and I left with a new Chevy. My advice to anyone looking to buy a used car in good shape at a great price is stop at 509 cars first!!!
