Although the sales representatives at 405 do not negotiate their list prices, they were gracious and flexible when dealing with my concerns with the car. After I determined I would have to pay for some moderate interior detailing following my car purchase, they offered to give the car a free ozone odor removal treatment and also gave me a discount on the ETCHwise insurance policy. All employees I spoke with were friendly and personable, which is rare with used car dealerships. Every moment during the paperwork process felt very comfortable - a great experience overall!

I requested 3 separate test drives on cars I thought I wanted and they brought each car up front for me within 2 minutes. The buying experience is low pressure and they did not force me to make a quick decision. I would recommend 405 Motors to those looking for a hassle free used car buying experience.

The team here was extremely friendly and easy to work with, showing little to no sales pressure, and allowing us to freely examine / test drive their vehicles without the usual salesman ride along pitch. Everyone we met greeted us with a warm smile and honest answers to our many questions. You quickly learn 405 motors is a friendly family run business. The vehicle we were interested in was in excellent condition, but did have a couple minor issues that warranted discussion. Zack was graciously understanding, attentive, and professional, offering us a fair and agreeable resolve. First, I like that 405 motors lists their vehicles on Autotrader with Carfax reports free to view. These are tools I always use when car shopping and this was the first way 405 motors made my shopping experience easier.I called Massey to find find my car was available, he answered some questions I had about the vehicle, and he had the car ready for me to test drive before my arrival at the dealership. I found that the vehicle overall was in good to very good condition but pointed out a few small issues that I felt needed attention. Massey agreed to have the vehicle repaired to near perfect condition and covered most of the cost of what I wanted done. I love that 405 motors has their own service department and offered me wholesale pricing for repairs.I was also offered top dollar for my trade which made the buying decision easier. At finance, Zach delivered a very good interest rate and a bumper to bumper warranty at a reasonable cost to take away any fears from buying a used car. He also ordered some factory all weather mats at wholesale price with no mark up - Very nice!Bottom line, 405 Motors offers every service of a new car dealership at a fraction of the cost and everyone I dealt with at 405 motors was very friendly, helpful, honest, and reasonable. I bought a 2007 Honda Civic at 405 motors. It was was easy and no hassle buying experience. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

What impressed me most about this dealership was that they don't have sales people stalking the lot/sales floor. They have plenty of people available to talk to & ask questions of, but when I was actually sitting in the cars and looking under the hoods, they purposely left me alone. It was wonderful! All the cars are unlocked, so if you're looking at SUVs & suddenly think, "I wonder what a minivan would be like?" You just walk over to a van and hop in. I also appreciated the low-pressure atmosphere when discussing financing. They were very upfront with prices, and didn't try to make "special deals" or give us "just for you" lines. We just got a great deal on a great vehicle from the start.

I went to 405 motors just to browse their inventory and ended up buying a lexus es350 within an hour and a half of arriving. The only difficult thing about their inventory is deciding which car is best for you because there are just so many options. Fair prices and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a reliable used car.

I'm a single mom that came to 405 3 years ago and purchased a used car. After a car accident my car was totaled. I headed back to 405 and bought my 2nd car from them with a 2 year in house loan with 30% down. I was thrilled to drive a used Toyota corolla home. Not one problem with my car, and excellent customer service. I trust that 405 is going to have reliable vehicles for sale with a pleasant purchasing experience. My loan is paid and I just bought my 3rd car from 405 for my daughter. Coming from the tricities, we were caught in traffic, 405 stayed open 2 hours late just for us. They worked hard at making sure my daughter drove home with the car she wanted. She's a young mom, going to college and working. Thank you 405 for helping me provide adequate transportation for my daughter and grand kids. Your obviously family oriented and know that struggles are real. Thank you for bringing a smile and inspiration to my daughter and myself. It's good to know honest, good people still exist.
