Refund Policy
The Sell Your Car service on Dad'sClassicCars.com
offers great value through allowing you to have Sad and his team
working for you to sell your car. This service allows Dad to direct
attention from anywhere worldwide to your vehicle. Dad'sClassicCars.com
therefore cannot generally offer refunds on listing fees.
Dad'sClassicCars.com adheres to the following
policy with respect to requests for refunds of listing fees:
1. Dad'sClassicCars.com will not provide any
refund, for any reason, if Dad'sClassicCars.com receives the request
for refund more than 72 hours after an "Listing" has
been ordered. If you contact us after 72 hours, we will correct
any mistakes we have made in the "Listing", but cannot
offer a refund.
2. If you e-mail within 72 hours of ordering
an "Listing", Dad'sClassicCars.com will provide a refund
only for the following reasons:
(a) Your "Listing" has not been posted
and you wish to cancel the "Listing"; or
(b) You mistakenly ordered and paid for duplicate
"Listings" through Dad'sClassicCars.com and seek to
cancel, and obtain a refund on, the duplicate(s) only. We cannot,
however, provide a refund on the original "Listing".
If you listed your vehicle through any other source (such as a
newspaper or other publication) and obtained an "Listing"
on Dad'sClassicCars.com through that source, that "Listing"
on Dad'sClassicCars.com is not a "duplicate" of any
paid Dad'sClassicCars.com "Listing" that you may also
have ordered, and you are not entitled to cancel and obtain a
refund on the paid Dad'sClassicCars.com "Listing".
3. Dad'sClassicCars.com cannot provide a refund
for any other reason, even if you contact us within 72 hours of
ordering an "Listing". For example, once a "Listing"
is posted, we cannot provide a refund if you change your mind
about the "Listing", or its content or enhancements,
or if you have made mistakes in submitting the "Listing",
or if you have not received any inquiries or offers to purchase
the vehicle through Dad'sClassicCars.com, or if the vehicle has
already been sold through other means. We also cannot provide
a refund if Dad'sClassicCars.com has made mistakes in the content
or enhancements of the "Listing". In any case where
Dad'sClassicCars.com has made such mistakes, we will of course
make appropriate corrections to the "Listing".
4. If you made mistakes in submitting an "Listing"
directly with Dad'sClassicCars.com, we will make corrections to
the "Listing". There will be no charge for these corrections,
unless you wish to order additional enhancements, in which cases
there may be an additional charge. If you wish to change to a
less expensive "Listing", however, Dad'sClassicCars.com
cannot provide any refund. Please note, however, that if your
"Listing" on Dad'sClassicCars.com was purchased through
some other listing service (such as a local newspaper or other
publication), we do not have the authority to make any changes
to your "Listing".
