This is the BEST car transaction I've ever had and the BEST product of course!!!!!!!! the Macan GTS.Mr. William Gakos (Sales Manager) is the most professional salesperson I've ever met from building the Macan all the way to the delivery. I am impressed with the whole Town Porsche of Englewood team because of the way above par customer service they provide to customers.I am going back to this dealership soon for my 911 Turbo! Thursday morning I flew into LaGuardia airport to take delivery of a 2002 911 C4 Cabriolet. By 3:20 PM the transaction was complete, I had NY transit tags and had traveled west over the Tappan Zee Bridge to Town Porsche. My goal was to drive back to Tampa, FL arriving home late Friday. I wanted a competent Porsche mechanic to look at a few items on the Cab before I got into Hurricane Mathew. Upon arriving at Town Porsche, I was greeted by a receptionist who upon listening to my request introduced me to Salvatore Tsegai, Service Manager. Salvatore led me to a service writer and recommended the inspections his mechanic, Gabriel Pesoa, should perform adding, "and there is no charge for this." Everyone I came into contact with at Town Porsche made me feel like family. I even found a Porsche booster seat for my 7 year old grandson I not previously seen. After having made friend with a new group of people, left Town Porsche with confidence in my vehicle to make the trip and a new booster seat. I drove through the hurricane and arrived in Tampa Friday after midnight.

My experience was wonderful. Rose Pronesti was so nice and helpful. Also Eric the General Manager was really great and I felt very well taken care of there.

Took my Boxster in for maintenance service. As usual Marcy was great. She explained everything that would be done, and upon pick up reviewed the results in a friendly, professional manner.. She is one of the reasons I keep returning to Town Porsche for my car's service.

Had a cracked windshield. Called Service and spoke with Daniel. She explained that the windshield needed to be ordered and we scheduled a repair date a week out. She called when delivery date was confirmed and offered to have the scheduled service date moved up. She then asked if I would need a loaner and confirmed that one would be available, I appreciated Daniel responsiveness, coordination and communication. In fact, the service was completed earlier than expected. Daniel called and was able to pick up my vehicle (washed and ready) earlier. This service well done.

I chose this place based on how good the cusomer service was. From the time I first called on the phone to ask for parts and pricing to arranging service. I had the great experience of true professionals. The gentleman "Rich" in the parts department was very knowledgable, helpful and and thorough. The customer service representative "Danielle" was super, she managed to find a solution to a short notice change of mine, accommodated me, with no hesitation. She also was very knowledable and suggested very helpful advise on the maintenance on my vehicle that I will definitely follow. I have decided to keep my vehicle and maintain it here at this location based on my experience with the staff that helped me, they were great and very attentive. I was a very motivated client to change my Panamera 4 to a complete change and it was the staff here that changed my mind, falling back in love with my car. I would definitely recommend this location for service.
